We had a very short stay, arriving in Tashkent at 1am in the morning, and leaving at 7:15 am for an early flight back to the US. They have 24 hour reception and check in was easy--it is close to the airport which allowed an extra 1.5 hrs of sleep--very welcome! Our room was actually a suite, and I'm only sorry we were there so brieftly.

It lovely hotel! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the interior throughout was top-class. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful.
Unfortunately, due to limited English communication, the details of the spa offer were unclear. It also would have been nice if help with luggage had been offered—especially since we arrived in 40°C (104°F) heat.
All in all, one of the best options in Tashkent. Highly recommended.

I went here without any prior booking. Just went there, liked the room and then made reservation. Everything is as advertised. I stayed in family room.

My husband and I stayed at this property and came back 2x after given we loved it so much. The service is excellent. The attention to detail is notable. The breakfast is great. Whenever we left for breakfast, we'd come back to a room already made up again with fresh bottles of water and replenished toiletries. How fantastic! The reception is pleasant and helpful. They also have live music on Thursday nights in their restaurant which we got to see 2x and it truly is lovely (the band is very talented). We didn't take advantage of the spa but I'd bet it's great. Highly recommended!
The hotel was amazing. They had Turkish bath, sauna. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Very clean and comfy beds. I will definetly come back to this hotel.

Hotel molto vicino all’aeroporto, perciò nelle zone non c’è nulla da visitare né tantomeno ristoranti dove avere un pasto. Hotel carino, servizio al ristorante scarso, velocità nella preparazione dei pasti biblica. Colazione con poca varietà. Hotel sufficiente.
