Pros:

We like the location it was near the fish market and about 15 minutes away from TeamLabs.

Cons:

We paid for breakfast but I realized that they did not offer breakfast for us when we checked in. We had so many different hotels I forgot which ones came with breakfast.

コスパ＆立地最高
Pros:

朝食ついての宿泊費がコスパ最高でした。
築地も銀座も月島も近くて立地もよかったです。３人で泊まったのでソファベッドも入り部屋は狭かったのですが寝るだけなので問題なく。ソファベッドも寝心地よかったです。お風呂はシャワーしかありませんが清潔で水圧が強くて最高でした。

Cons:

特に思いあたりませんが、宿泊者がほぼ外国の方だったので気になる人もいるかも。朝食も異国に旅をしている気分になりました。
洗面所とトイレが一緒で、部屋には姿見鏡しかないので、誰かが化粧してる時にトイレに入れないとか、トイレに入ってる時に歯磨きにいけないとかあるかもしれません。家族なので気にしませんでしたが（笑）

Pros:

気温のコントロールが自分の好みにできて、快適な温度で過ごせました
周りの音を気にせずのんびりできた

Cons:

たくさん歩いたので、湯船に入りたかったが、シャワーしかなかったので、ちょっと残念でした。
ベットと壁の間がせまく、スーツケースを広げつらかった

①トイレの左右幅が狭すぎ（部屋次第かもしれません）
②部屋の照明がオン・オフしかないため調整不可能だった
③浄水器は不要（水のペットボトル複数本で良い）

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Confort et qualité des équipements.

Cons:

L’emplacement est un peu excentré par rapport aux quartiers chauds de Tokyo. Il faut donc prendre un moyen de transport en commun (très développé) ou un taxi pour aller aux endroits névralgiques.
