Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The bed had bed bugs, and both my friend and I woke up with multiple red bites on our legs after sleeping in the bed. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene and proper room maintenance. The hotel should urgently inspect and treat the rooms to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem.

Excellent hotel. There is nothing to complain.
Pros:

I've been traveling and staying at hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Cordia Osaka was the best hotel among all the hotels I spent in this trip. Staffs are courteous and helpful. The room was clean and large for a single traveler. You find restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Train station is at couple blocks away.

出張の疲れが抜けて、心地良くくつろげる

久々の大阪出張で利用しました。滞在中に感じる「心地よさ」全て満足します。客室やロビーの空間デザインはもちろん、スタッフの皆さんの雰囲気、シャワー、アメニティに至るまで全部、素晴らしいです。過去に何度も利用させていただいていますが、心地良さのレベルがブレません、毎回、高レベルです。今回もありがとうございました。
