Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel war gut an die U-Bahn angebunden. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet und sehr modern ausgestattet. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr modern und praktisch.

Cons:

eine noch frühere Frühstücksmöglichkeit wäre fein gewesen (ich habe am letzten Tag einen frühen "Auschecktermin"

가성비와 위치는 정말 굿
Pros:

무엇보다 위치가 너무 번잡하지는 않으면서도 난바와 우메다 모두 지하철역으로 두정거장 거리에 있고 쇼핑할수 있는 신사이바시도 한정거장 거리에 있어 좋았습니다.
직원분들이 친절하신 점도 좋았습니다.
그리고 요즘 일본 호텔값이 많이 올랐는데 비교적 저렴하게 미리 예약해서 가성비로는 너무 만족했습니다.
제가 이용한 가격이라면 다시 이용할 매우 있습니다. 다만, 얼마 지나 같은 기간에 새로 조회하니 제가 예약했던때보다 크게 올랐더군요.

Cons:

무엇보다 층간 소음이 있어 캐리어 끄는 소리 등이 들렸고 욕조가 없이 샤워인것, 수건이나 가운대신 제공되는 파자마가 무겁고 질감이 좋지는 않아서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 또 저는 2박을 하면서 청소를 요청했는데 원래 침대에 있던 쿠션은 바닥에 내려놓고 쓰레기통은 원래 위치가 아니게 어지러이 나와있더군요..뭔가 급하게 정리한 느낌이 들었습니다.

Excellent choice
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easily accessible with metro and you could also walk to Namba, Umeda and Osaka castle, which all were within 2-3 km radius. Staff was excellent and room was well equipped and also well designed for the size. Everything was clean. Good shower.

Rather Frustrating.

Easy access to trains, but away from the hustle and bustle. We will be back!
Pros:

My husband had stayed here solo a few months prior to bringing our family of 4 back. The staff was very welcoming. Our kids loved the soda fountain. The rooms were very comfortable. Everything seemed to work seamlessly, including the on site laundry that you can monitor from your room TV-genius!

Cons:

Unfortunately the larger family rooms were all booked when we reserved, so we had to get 2 rooms, that was fine, but somehow left us with only 3 breakfasts included and no option for our 4th person to order ala carte items. In the end, the kids were ok with taking turns exploring other neighborhood breakfast spots—but be aware, many restaurants in the area don’t open until 9am or later.

The Best room we had during our stay in Japan
Pros:

The bed was massive and very comfortable. The room was larger than usual, easily accommodating our 4 pieces of luggage (2 large suitcases and 2 hand luggage). The Hotel was very clean, with kind and helpful staff throughout our stay. We really loved our time here. The location is excellent for travelling by train, being very close to the station about 15mins by walk.
