Pros:

I like the staff and they were friendly.

Cons:

The floor under the bed was not cleaned. I realised when I accidentally dropped something. There was no welcome pack in the room with information.

Best place I've stayed in Leicester by far
Pros:

I liked everything. I had a wonderful stay. it was clean, staff was very friendly and everything is comfotable to stay in.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit too expensive for the price and it wasn't that good. that's the only bad thing about the stay.

Wonderful place to stay would definitely book again :DDD
Pros:

I 1000% would recommend this hotel (I went solo as a hijabi and it was a wonderful experience) the location is right in the city, the room was extremely spacious, everything was clean, staff were always smiling and friendly and there’s 24 hour receptionist! I came back from visiting a friend at around 12am and I was greeted by 2 male receptionist so I felt extremely safe.

Cons:

There was a nightclub somewhere nearby, blasting the music until 3 a. m. , and closing the window was not really an option, as air conditioning was not strong enough to keep the air breathable.

Cons:

It’s a nightmare trying to actually find your room because there is little to no signage. Also, couldn’t get the lights in my room to work. This wasn’t the first time I’ve stayed, so a bit disappointed.

Pros:

Lovely venue great staff.
Clean and very comfortable.
Security is excellent.

Cons:

No fault of the Venues. Location is noisy from people in the street.
Especially early hours in the morning coming home from nightclubs.
