Pros:

Love the vibe of the place
Hawkstone on pump

Cons:

The roof terrace could do with a few chairs and a table outside, also very many cobwebs all around the terrace boarder. It's a lovely space and wouldn't take alot to make pretty. The details also need changing on the food situation as no cooked food is available any more and it's only a contenatal breakfast too.

More attention to detail required
Pros:

Nice premises downstairs in the public area. I did have a problem in the room when there and it was reported. The manager did contact me and the matter was resolved very quickly

Cons:

The bottom sheet on my bed was filthy, stains on it and covered in black hairs. The receptionist was very abrasive when I reported the issue but she did report the issue to her manager. Housekeeping does need a bit more training I think
