Comfy, stylish and clean
Pros:

Stylish and comfortable, modern and very clean. The staff were friendly, approachable and professional. The coffee from the free coffee machine was actually great. The bed was very comfortable. The room was thoughtfully set out

Cons:

Pillows were a little hard. The room doors could be more soundproof, although I do think our neighbours may have been particularly loud when walking through the hallways. The bathroom door is frosted glass, which is an issue when my partner goes to the bathroom while I am asleep as the light wakes me up. I couldn’t work out how to order room service. The QR code in my room took me to a website that was down

I would never book here again. Even the motel next door is better

There was a woman in a bra getting arrested on the street as I went to check in. Needed a certified digitalID to check in. I didn’t have one Room 104 really smells like someone’s bad body odour. Even showering didn’t get rid of the smell

Pros:

It was quiet and there were no scents or smells of cleaning chemicals. The bed was very comfortable and didn’t smell. Everything was clean. There was good natural light and a courtyard opposite my door with a garden and seating to sit outside.

Nice and comfortable, will book again.
Pros:

Close to where our event was and very beautiful, clean, comfortable beds. Everything looks and feels new.Their staff are very friendly people.

Cons:

A bit of variety in breakfast will be good especially hot breakfast, it was same food everyday.

Super clean and the beds were beyond comfy
