Pros:

From meeting Diana at reception. She was very welcoming and provided information about the services available.
Various staff who were at reception were pleasant.
Cleaning staff ensured I had what I needed regarding my towels, condiments etc.
Breakfast was excellent and the venue staff next door were very welcoming and bar service was terrific.

Cons:

The toilet seat was a balancing act; wouldn't free stand unless time spent getting the angle right.
Maybe consider a door draught roller to block the noise of other tenants running up and down the hallway.

Did the job but nothing spectacular as such.
Pros:

Easy to get to

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that the breakfast wasnt in the same building. There was no good coffee at breakfast time.
No cupboard or slippers.
Soap and shampoo in showers was a bit on the scabby side.
