Reception staff is so unfriendly and unwelcoming.more over it’s seem like they hardly bother about housekeeping service during the stay .deposit money for refund and the time of check out ,they charge at the time of check in didn’t arrived in back .very poor communication.

Simply the best. And the most comfortable bed I have slept in.
Pros:

Only had dinner the night we arrived and lunch the next day and both were excellent. Wonderful service and the food was just the best. The Avo Parmy was delicious! Compliments to the chef!

Cons:

There was nothing that we didnt like. But I am fussy with my clothes and I just couldn't find an ironing board in the room but I managed.

Tiring!
Pros:

Modern rooms and beds are comfy. Included breakfast was good value.
Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Saturday night fighting and screaming in the car park, it seemed to go on forever…more security is needed!

Everything was amazing, had a wonderful stay, staff are amazing friendly and helpful, everything is clean, beds are high quality comfortable, bathroom are really beautiful, great showers amazing hot water, felt really comfortable and safe
