Conveniently located to shopping mall which was 15mins away. Breakfast was good. It was clean and sufficient space for a family of four.

Difficulty with controlling the temperature of the room . It was attended to promptly, but the control of temperature was difficult.
It was clean and had everything we needed.
Having the hotel downstairs was convenient. The eggplant parma cooking process needs to be reviewed. Its as though it wasn't sealed off before adding the tomato and cheese. It barely had crumb and was completely soggy/wet slush that I couldn't eat. The children liked their two steaks and burger and my friend enjoyed her meal.

They never changed our sheets. Seriously was disgusted about it. But still I had the best time. And the smell of marijuana on the nights we stayed was very strong.
It was super clean and all the bedding was high quality which was nice. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Everything was very spacious. It was also very close to anything you might need.
The only thing I could pick was, the main bathroom door is frosted glass and the shower has a large glass window and lots of light did come in at night due to that, it wasnt a huge deal though.
The whole place is so clean and well presented. Hands down one of the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in.
The staff are all so helpful, pub across the way is great , never hear any noise. The coffee in reception is a bonus. The rooms are so clean , the house keeps should be thanked. We have stayed 4 times and it’s always at the same standard.
