Sublime!
Pros:

Merci aux personnes de la réception et de la conciergerie qui nous ont aidé avec beaucoup de gentillesse!
Les chambres étaient superbes, spacieuses et nous avons adoré le rooftop avec une vue sublime sur la mer!
Merci également de nous avoir permis de faire un late checkout!

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de kids club pour les enfants ou de baby-sitter.
Nourriture correcte mais qui pourrait être améliorée.

Le complexe hôtelier, très sobre et calme. Belle architecture, endroit très propre avec plusieurs piscines.

Cons:

Prix consommation au bar élevé pour la qualité du cocktail servi, manque de patères dans la chambre et un vrai tapis de bain.

Great food and service in the restaurant catering for gluten free very well. The suite is the best room choice as you get the sun all day. The pools are very cold so be aware but there is a great indoor spa area that is perfect. One mark down on service as it took a long time for drinks to arrive when you ordered them on the app for delivery to the pool but other than that it was perfect and we will be back. Well done to the Barcelo team.

The staff were lovely! The location is peaceful. The food was good! The staff are very efficient and helpful. Enjoyed swimming in the pools, the views from our second floor room, and the gym. Lovely walking from here. We enjoyed the holiday overall !

Cons:

Spa water was cold, and some of the plants were dying.The entertainment could be better. Was hoping to cycle, but the area is not that conducive to cyclists - walking is better from here.

Très beaux mais ambiance maison de retraite

L’hôtel était très beau , tres agréable très reposant le petit déjeuner était parfait et le dîner également

Cons:

Il manquait un peu d’animation musicale plus moderne ,les quelques animations étaient vraiment trop classique très vieillissantes , les infrastructures de l’hôtel étaient top mais quel dommage le rooftop est resté fermé toute la semaine alors qu’il faisait beau et chaud , le personnel n’était pas souriant ou très peu souriant, nous sommes dans un 5etoiles les tables basses autour des canapés piscine non jamais été nettoyé et sans compter sur les cendriers de la terrasse vidé une fois sur 7jours , concernant le personnel du restaurant il ne faut pas mettre tout le monde dans le même panier mais malheureusement sur 1semaine personne ne nous a demandé si l’on prendrait un bouteille de vin !? Et la seule que nous avons prise nous l’avons demandé pour 2700€ la semaine on attend autre chose …
Barcelo Tenerif etait top et nous avions été ravi
