Die Anlage und das Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr schön.

Cons:

Ein Hinweis darauf, dass ab 20:00 lautstarke Musik auf der Rooftop-Bar gespielt werden würde, fehlte hier.
Wir hatten die Suite exakt daneben. Natürlich war alles ausgebucht und ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich. Bei 1.400€ für 3 Nächte stimmt hier einfach nichts.
Sonnenliegen auf dem Balkon schmutzig. Nach Beschwerde wurden diese widerwillig gereinigt. Wasserausfall in den Morgenstunden keine Seltenheit.

Pros:

The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The chief problem is the food. The hotel claims to be 5 star but you are expected to collect all your own food from a frankly inadequate, terrible buffet. There is no table service option and the food on offer if of poor quality and too little selection.

At breakfast, they don’t even make you coffee. You are expected to get it yourself from a machine! To make matters even worse there are only two machines and there is often a long queue of guests waiting to use them. This NOT what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. It is more like being in a Travel Lodge.

Bon séjour mais extrêmement déçu par la chambre

Le buffet, l'emplacement, le personnel

Cons:

La chambre avec vue sur le parking (il faut arrêter avec les vues jardin !!!), la sdb inondée chaque fois que l'on prend une douche, pas de lumière isolée dans les WC (il faut allumer toute la chambre la nuit pour aller aux toilettes). Une trop grande différence de standing entre notre chambre (supérieure) et les autres

Pros:

Great location, lovely pools, very warm & helpful staff. Good spa and plenty of space to relax in a calming ambience.

Cons:

The terrace bar was a bit boring, it's such a goldmine of a location to do more with! The food on site is ok, not the best you'll have in Menorca - nothing to complain about but not special either.
