Pros:

It was a great stay at Kora Nivaria. Facilities are new and high quality. I liked the house due to the comfort it provided. Nice breakfast point with good coffee, wonderful water pools with warm water. It is good to enjoy the calm and nature here. I liked the gym and sport facilities outdoor to keep myself in good shape during stay. My wife needed to hold online meeting one day and she used workation room available. Big thanks to a friendly staff. We were welcome to spend a couple of more hours by the pool after check out.

Ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer modernen Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Ausblick und hervorragendem Ser
Pros:

Die modernen, sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Appartements haben uns sofort begeistert. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die Lage im ruhigen Dorf sorgt für echte Erholung. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Poolanlage mit großem Pool, Kinderbecken und warmem Whirlpool ist sehr schön gestaltet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die regelmäßige Reinigung alle drei Tage mit frischen Handtüchern. Auch das Fitnessstudio mit Wasserspender und Handtüchern ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es gab für uns keine nennenswerten Kritikpunkte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist zwar alles recht "karg" gestylt und man hat viel moderne Betonoptik, aber das Apartment war wirklich schön. Man muss wissen, dass man bei einigen Apartments mit Meerblick einen etwas eingeschränkten Meerblick hat und man noch die anderen Gebäude im Blickfeld hat. Trotzdem ist das Glas Wein am Abend auf der Terrasse mit dem Meer im Hintergrund gerettet. ;-) Die Apartments sind sehr gut augestattet. Es gab sogar einen Stabmixer und Mikrowelle. Die Balkon sind schön groß und man hat auch einen Wäscheständer zum Ausklappen an der Wand. Die beiden Pools sind sauber und haben eine angenehme Temperatur. Schön sind auch die Jacuzzis.

Es gibt direkt ums Eck einen Supermarkt, wo man alles Nötige findet. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 5-7 Minuten. Dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants und Tauchschulen etc. Es gibt genügend Parklplätze und auch gegen Gebühr unter der Anlage ein "Parkhaus" wo sich das Auto nicht in der Sonne aufheizt.
Ich weiß nicht wie es mit Busverbindungen aussieht, aber ich denke ein Mietwagen ist in jedem Fall angesagt. So kann man die schöne Insel auch gut erkunden. Abends kann man an der Küste schöne Spaziergänge machen.

Die gesamte Atmosphäre im in der Anlage und im Ort ist sehr entspannt. Nirgends läuft laute Musik. Wer also Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Kein Vergleich zu Playa las Americas oder Costa Adeje, wo es sehr trubelig zugeht.

Estancia de lujo
Pros:

En general todas las instalaciones estuvieron de lujo. Sin embargo, lo mejor del establecimiento es el personal, tanto de recepción, destacar a Laura que no dudo en ayudarnos con la prolongacion d enuestra reserva, de la cafetería (hubo un pequeño error en la reserva por nuestea parte) y no dudaron en preparar todo mientras hablamos con recepción. En la piscina, el socorrista nos proporcionó sombrillas cuando lo necesitamos y siempre estaba pendiente y el servicio de limpieza. Volveremos sin duda.
