Great value.
Pros:

Location was good. Excellent price.

Cons:

We checked in late so the front desk was closed and we had to call someone to come down to check us in. Never had a front desk close so early.

Also the room had an odd smell like a stale empty refrigerator. We kept hearing a beeping sound and finally discovered at 3am it was from the dishwasher. Was frustrated with the beep.

We got to the hotel and there was hair balls all over the floor , dog food on the floor and someone fast food in the fridge . The whole room and hallway smelt like dogs

Perfect for a quick stay
Pros:

Staff was super friendly upon check in. Hotel overall was pretty clean. You can’t access the guest rooms without a key in the main lobby, which felt a little more secure.

Cons:

No staff between 10pm-8am. Large hole in our bathroom door inside-as if someone punched it.

The worker was extremely rude and inconsiderate! They over booked and when I arrived at 9 pm they told me they just simply didn’t have a room even though I had already prepaid for our room. And to top it off there were no other rooms at any hotel in the city of Vancouver. And I had to wait 12 days for my money to be returned. Shitty experience and shitty customer service!

Pleasant staff, Comfortable rooms, good location. The only complaint my family had was the water pressure of the shower. It was very, very light.

They need to improve the cleanliness and make repairs unnoticeable.

Staff was very friendly when I checked in

Cons:

There is a hole in the bathroom door, a patch on the shower/tub wall. Bathroom sink didn’t drain bathtub wouldn’t plug drawer in the desk didn’t open and close effectively. There was a dirt and hair on the bathroom floor around the tub.
