Classy, clean and conveniently located
Pros:

It’s located close to the wharfs and also to the Old Port, making walking around very easy!

Good location but that's it
Pros:

The location was pretty awesome

Cons:

Parking $40/night so we had to park down the street; huge big picture window in our room literally looking into the people house next door so no walking around after a shower- the door are incapable of shutting quietly so anytime anyone leaves/enters their room it sounds like they are slamming the door; and paper thin walls- would never stay here again

I didn’t stay here. I had to book someplace else last of the minute

Absolutely nothing! Worst customer service ever

Cons:

The staff was incompetent. After charging my card we were told there was no room available for us. Booking.com also refused to refund us. I’m never using booking.com again!!!

It was a place to sleep

It was convenient to many locations.

Cons:

Housekeeping came in even though we put no thanks on the door. They didn’t bother to restock the coffee or cups, or empty the used coffee. The shower leaked through the door and onto the floor and the sink pretty much the same. Great water pressure from the sink but a dribble from the shower. The sliding bathroom door kept coming open as well. Not the best place for a little privacy.

The hotel is a little overpriced for the location.
