The layout of the room is not ideal for a family. You could not even take a shower without being seen. The lack of door was ridiculous. Thankfully there was a door for the toilet! Huge disappointment!

The property was very nice and appeared to be well maintained. It was a good location at within walking distance to the wharf and Old Port.
The rooms were very noisy including indoor and outdoor noise.
The property charges six dollars for a twenty ounce soda which is extremely high.
Parking is a problem. They have minimal spaces available.
Hotel was a perfect location, Mark the shuttle driver, dropped us off at an amazing beach and picked us up a few hours later, thanks so much Mark!

The pilot program of having a shuttle take guests up to 5 miles from the hotel was a fantastic value. The driver Mark was very accommodating and actually promoted a couple ideas to see the main attractions near the hotel.

Modern "edgy" vibe is what makes Aloft fun. Chris the bartender was great fun.
Check in took forever because of their new system. Parking was expensive ($40/day). It was a bit of a walk back to the central wharf district. Bathroom lighting needs to be improved. There's no night lighting to the bathroom or over the mirror sink. The room was freezing.
