From the moment we arrived to check in, their system was down, and they kept us waiting for quite a while; also, two lamps in the room weren't working. Later, while we were asleep, there was a knock at the door at 2 a.m., and then other guests opened our door—they had been assigned the same room as us—all of this happening at 3 a.m.

Cons:

I was put in a room with no air. i left my room and was gone a couple of hours and my room never got cleaned. Also there was plies of towels by people door and also trash as if house keeping never came around

had to go for medical reasons and the stay was very comforting.
