Pros:

Fairfield told me directly there would not be a penalty. It was on them they could not accommodate us. We had to find another room last minute. Booking.com says Fairfield has still NOT notified them of this and I am STILL being charged! I have the email from Fairfield saying their elevator / WiFi is not working and they are offering free cancellation for the inconvenience. I spoke to them and accepted the offer since we have a handicapped person with us.

Cons:

The fact they have yet to update their info so I CAN BE REFUNDED! Also compensation for all this inconvenience would be nice!

I was happy with the price and the quality of service my parents and I got.

Bad service
Pros:

Bad experience, dirty, the sofa bed was old af, no blankets, the toilet was dirty with pee on it, and the shower had hair everywhere.

The elevator was out service. Terrible if you want to rest…..

Exactly what i needeed
Pros:

My check in time was 4pm but after sleeping at hospital for serval days i could use a good shower, i called to see if my room became available sooner could i get in sooner , they immediatley got me in asap, which was awsome . I also love that it is down the street from the university hospital. I dont drive much in big cities and this drive to back and forth to hotel from hospital was perfect for me. Hotel was very comfortable and exatly what was needed to rest.

Pros:

Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Felt very safe.

Cons:

The elevators weren’t working due to bad weather. I did ask for a room on first floor because my husband is heavy set, I knew he would struggle with walking up the stairs. Nothing was available though. But our stay was still very enjoyable.
