Good place , nice staff, much overpriced, same price I found in four seasons exactly

Price vs value doesn’t match at all
I lost some items and it took them so long to find it even i explained where but the housekeeping put them out of lost and found
I called 3 times and I payed 700CHF for this which is frustrating

Pros:

リッチが良く便利だった。お掃除も綺麗に対応してくれていて、リラックスして過ごせました。

Cons:

隣のビルが工事中だとの連絡が前日だったのは、もう少し早く連絡を貰えたら良かったかなと。日中は、そこまで部屋にいなかったら、騒音などは気にならなかったです。ロビーのコンセントが使えず、充電ができなかったのが、困ったくらい。

Excellent .. we love Frazer suites, clean modern and a great location!
Pros:

The location, size of the apartment and kitchen facilities

Cons:

The lift button level 5 was not working correctly and the door to the laundry room does not open on the first swipe of the card. This issue was present when I was staying in February. The washing machine on the bottom left still not draining .. same issue from February.. 🙄
