I truly appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of your staff, the gym, the complimentary laundry, and the most convenient location for us. You have exceeded all expectations. I also adore the room's contemporary design. Thank you, and we will certainly be returning in the future.

Cons:

The building across is pretty close, there's no privacy. My kids thought it was super cool to see what people were doing in their offices and rooms tho.

More tailored for businessmen instead of family.

Good location, clean and spacious room.

Cons:

Bathroom drainage was poor. There was only one staff when we checked in at 9pm, and I needed to move 6 baggage to the room by myself. We booked two rooms but was given one adaptor, and told that is the only one available. Breakfast : there was no refill for scrambled eggs and salmon.

Before we even arrived in Geneva I asked Pauline at reception to suggest and book some restaurants for dinner for the 3 days whilst I was in Geneva. She organised, booked and confirmed with me well before my arrival. Then from the moment you enter the reception area the staff are friendly and professional. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and clean. The location is very safe and convenient with restaurants, busses & trams, supermarkets, shops and the old town just a few minutes walk away. over the bridge and about 2 blocks up is a large shopping mall with everything you might need in it. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and I will definitely stay here again when I stay in Geneva.
