Amazing stay!Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and great overall experience.
Pros:

This is already my fourth time staying at this same hotel.I really like the amenities; the breakfast is very good, and the staff are very hospitable and polite and so kind.

Cons:

This time I stayed in room 404, and the bathroom specifically, on the toitet, the seat was peeling ,and on the sink, there was a small hole near the light switch have some damage, nothing major.

Great rooms on first floor with delicious breakfast, staff can be presumptuous
Pros:

Great room large and high ceilings, walk-in shower cozy environment. Great Breakfast selection.

Cons:

Staff were rude in assuming service animal duties upon checking out.

Inside the building was very nice and distracting from the neighborhood
Pros:

Clean ni e and comfortable room bed and stay.

Cons:

To many homeless walking around sleeping by the trash cans and no security or any one to deeter them from the property. The adult store and marijuana store in the same parking lot pry dont help with this.

Highly recommend this facility to any traveler. You should not be disappointed.
Pros:

The bed was firm and very comfortable. We also liked that there was a pizza place in walking distance to get a meal. Finally, it had great access to the interstate.

Cons:

The exercise room was too warm. Not a huge negative. We planned on eating breakfast at the airport since our flight was very early so I can't comment on the breakfast at this hotel.

It was clean except for the cockroach. I tried to kill it but it was faster than me.
Pros:

close to my appointment.

Cons:

Cockroach in my room, fan came on and could not shut off. Got too cold, then hot and noisy. Also the shower did not work well as water came out faucet and shower head.

Breakfast was blah. Commercial tasting. Location has had much crime and not the best locatoin

Booking.com has gotten slippery with non-refundable "pay at the property" policies.
Pros:

Facilities were nice. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Location is scary. The front desk woman was not customer service oriented at all. Room was too expensive for what and where the hotel is located. Booking.com has gotten slippery with non-refundable "pay at the property."

A decent hotel but a little pricy.
Pros:

The room was clean with comfortable beds. The free breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food. A pool, weight room, and laundry room were on site. The hotel was located close to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

There was no table in the room, and the room lacked a dresser. There were two beds in the room but only one chair.

Beware!!! I reserved a room for four days the first night was $134 I thought I’d be paying $134 for all four nights. not so.
It was $145 the second night $152 the third night And $161 the fourth night Why would a hotel pull that kind of crap it completely ruined and otherwise great experience
