Great stay but missed having English tv for the kids
Pros:

We have stayed at Somerset before with our children and really end enjoyed it. Love the pool and the rooms - they are the best.

Cons:

This time around we had issues with the tv subscriptions being changed during our stay. The hotel worked to make up for it, which we appreciated. But next time, we’ll make sure English kids tv and HBO is consistently available throughout our stay before booking.

المكان نظيف وفي منطقة راقية بعيدة عن العشوائية

Cons:

لا يوجد مكان في الردهة لاستقبال رجال الاعمال وعقد اللقاءات والاجتماعات الخفيفية والموجود صغير ولايوجد به خصوصية ، وهذا ما يطلبه رجال الاعمال لمقابلة زملائهم نرجو الاهتمام بذلك

Terrible. Discriminatory treatment and lack of understanding or education. Never again.

Cons:

Two staff members were hostile when I requested to store two freezer blocks to keep my insulin cool when departing Manila.

The hotel requested that I sign a waiver of responsibility. I refused and requested to speak with the General Manager on multiple occasions however I never received a call or request to explain my medical condition.

I have traveled extensively within the Philippines and every hotel was obliging without question.

Disgusting behaviour from staff and management ignored requests to explain my medical requirements.
