Extremely disappointing experience
Pros:

Convenient location for the show and restaurants.

Cons:

Name on reservation was screwed up the entire time. Room was not feather-free even though it was supposed to be. Then they brought foam pillows which were, in fact, feather pillows. Breakfast was not served even though we booked a room type including breakfast. When I inquired about compensation for no breakfast, they offered a $50 credit. Instead of crediting the $50, they charged $50. I have called and emailed multiple times since, trying to get the credit situated. No one has gotten back to or corrected it. I even called Marriott Customer Service, was given a case#, but it hasn't mattered in the slightest. We will never stay here again and cannot recommend it for anyone.

Perfect for a quick business trip in ATL

Pros:

I like the location that the hotel was in. The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the people that work that was really nice.

Cons:

What I didn't like about the stay was that we had to pay forty five dollars for the parking. I feel that if you're staying at the hotel parking should actually be free. Because you're already spending the money on the room.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Pros:

The staff at the Courtyard Marriott Midtown is consistently friendly and helpful. When I was there mid July, they happened to be in the middle of security/key card upgrade that was NOT going smoothly for them. EVERYONE of the staff, housekeeping, front desk, managers, security, maintenance etc were extremely apologetic(for something they had no control of) and were doing the very best to get people into rooms, elevators, the gym etc over and over. They never grumbled or took anything out of on guests either the frustration (which had to huge.) I commend all of them for their customer service, hospitality and smiles in the middle of a very stressful day. By the end of the evening all was well!!
