Pros:

I like the location that the hotel was in. The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the people that work that was really nice.

Cons:

What I didn't like about the stay was that we had to pay forty five dollars for the parking. I feel that if you're staying at the hotel parking should actually be free. Because you're already spending the money on the room.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Pros:

The staff at the Courtyard Marriott Midtown is consistently friendly and helpful. When I was there mid July, they happened to be in the middle of security/key card upgrade that was NOT going smoothly for them. EVERYONE of the staff, housekeeping, front desk, managers, security, maintenance etc were extremely apologetic(for something they had no control of) and were doing the very best to get people into rooms, elevators, the gym etc over and over. They never grumbled or took anything out of on guests either the frustration (which had to huge.) I commend all of them for their customer service, hospitality and smiles in the middle of a very stressful day. By the end of the evening all was well!!

They advertised they had an indoor pool so my kids were ready to swim but they said no sorry we don’t have a pool when we arrived

Excellent service
Pros:

Carrissma was awesome in the check-in process. I checked into the Courtyard a day later than my reservation because of a medical emergency. My reversation was canceled out of the system. She was able to isolate the problem and create a solution for me to check in and enjoy my stay at the Courtyard.

Enjoying my stay and great customer service at the Courtyard Marriott in Mid-town Atl.
Pros:

Wonderful stay and great location at this Courtyard Marriott in Midtown Atlanta. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and noted how attentive the staff was. Mrs.Carisma made sure I was well accommodates and even followed up to see if I needed anything. Good service is refreshing whether traveling for personal or work. I will definitely book this location again.

Hotel with lack of staff
Pros:

This is right at center of city with closed to Gtech. We visited for our kid graduation. Rooms had issue with water and it was like coming in drops. Electricity went away and no one to repair for 2-3 hrs. Cafeteria has no choice of better breakfast. This hotel need to be staffed with more hands and better service.

This was after I am gold member of Marriot.

Pros:

the location of the hotel was perfect for our venue. the Bed was so comfortable. staff was nice. The restaurant was so good. The hotel was beautiful. The lobby alaways smelled nice. The hotel was super clean.

Cons:

The water pressure was pathetic!!!!!!! Our fist room the door did not lock and it took multiple attempts to get someone to come check on it. Asking for another room was like asking someone to cut their fingers off.

Great location
Pros:

Love this hotel! We attended a wedding at the Fox Theater and it's right across the street. Great staff cordial and friendly from the moment we walked in. Parking a breeze since there's a deck on the property. Best place to look around midtown and it's within walking distance from restaurants and short drive to Ponce de Leon market. I will definitely stay there again. Room was nice and it was quiet, slept well. Didn't try breakfast but I understand they have made-to-order omelettes. Enjoyed my stay immensely

We loved it and would definitely choose to stay here again.
Pros:

Location made it easy to walk to the Fox and to nearby restaurants. As a family we always prefer having double queen beds in our rooms.
