The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Other than the room itself, almost everything was bad. When we arrived, staff told us he couldn't give us a workable key card because the machine wasn't working. He had to let us into our room with a master key. No offer to compensate. Finally got a key around 8 pm. Ice machine out of order. Sink in lobby bathroom out of order. Out of coffee in the morning and no one around to make more. A few stale items on the breakfast bar. Another guest tried to find items to make more coffee, but cabinet drawers were empty. Had to hunt down the staff who never checked on anything. Priced too high for the aggravation.

There was no channel list for the TV service. Couldn't get it to come up on the remote under "Guide" which is how you normally get there. Also no list of restaurants etc like usually found in motels
Given the few motels in Canadian the location was great, across the street from a lovely park. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and well stocked.
The breakfast was not good, too few choices, I wound up eating in my room with food brought from home. There was no coffee maker in the room. The bed hurt my back and was lumpy.
The bed was comfortable
The TV didn't work well; most of the channels were frozen. The fridge and heater made weird noises, and there was a bit of mold in the shower. Most of the tile was broken or loose.

Spend the extra $40 and stay at the best western!

Convenient location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good morning breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage, waffle, cereal, and multiple other little items. Not just a continental breakfast.
My only complaint is the coffee for breakfast in the morning was very weak. Nice breakfast and attentive staff though.

It’s was around 730 and there was no more gravy for the biscuits and gravy .
