We chose this hotel because it had air con.
Once in our room it was clear the air con was not working. I rang reception the lady said our room’s air con was not working and she said rather bluntly that it would not be fixed until the next day.
I could have a full refund or 30% reduction and a fan. As it was late in the day and we had dinner reservations I decided to stay but it was sweltering in our room.
What was strange on check out, a different Receptionist said the ENTIRE hotels air con was not working not just our room ????!!!!!
No air con, shower door handle hanging off, bathroom door badly split. Receptionist rude.
Clean - although the last occupants underwear was left in the corner of the room...

The carpark was secure. The food at breakfast was good. Many of the staff were very friendly, Kind and enthusiastic.
We had originally booked a hotel in the centre of Cambridge with parking and including breakfast. Due to the hot weather we cancelled this hotel to stay at the Hyatt as it had air-conditioning. Unfortunately it didn't work I spoke to a member of staff who said they would put a fan in our room this did not materialise. Very disappointing.

Our room was not cleaned on the Saturday. On Sunday, towels were replaced, tea/coffee etc. replaced, however beds not made and toilet rolls not replenished.

I have stayed at this hotel for a work conference for six consecutive years, but this year's experience was unacceptable.
The air conditioning was not working throughout the entire hotel, with no proper explanation or solution provided. Guests were offered fans, but there were not enough for everyone. The elevators were frequently out of service, the coffee machines regularly broke down, and the staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful.
Breakfast quality was also very poor, with pastries often tasting stale and several days old.
It is disappointing to see such a significant decline in service and maintenance compared to previous years.
