Clean staff were good.not a lot in the area
Found it very odd the breakfast was placed on top of the bar and you served yourself from there ? 🥺
Air con was not working. I was told by concierge it should be operational soon. The next day I asked again and was told it had been broken for a while and there was no chance it would be fixed soon. Toilet seat was loose. Trash from previous guest left in the room. Stains on the carpet throughout. It looked like someone had leaned over in the lounge chair and barfed directly on the carpet and it was left for some time. Roof deck was closed. Bar service was bad
The location was good for me. Was working in Newmarket and it was close enough to commute over the two nights. The rooms are clean very new and smelt very fresh. I wish I had a desk in the room though, I don't know if all rooms are the same without a desk.

Security hat nachgelassen, Eingangstüren stehen jetzt offen, die Rezeption ist zeitweise nicht besetzt und telefonisch vom Zimmer aus nicht zu erreichen (Warteschleife)
The night staff lady was lovely.
I booked two rooms. My friend who stayed in the second room did not sleep well because her room vibrated, including the bathroom door and bed. When she mentioned this to the morning staff person at check-out, he mean about this issue. The room was next to the elevator. He said the hotel was full and that’s why she got that room. We don’t accept this explanation. If this was the case, I would have been told in advance and given the option to cancel my booking. In fact, we did try and cancel (for reasons recorded by Booking, but this wasn’t allowed by the hotel). I would like a refund for that room and an apology.
The location was perfect for my needs (Brook Leys parkrun! Right near the hotel). I caught the nearby park & ride into central Cambridge as well. Quiet location. A handful of shops/cafes etc nearby as well.
Definitely value for money. This was our second stay here. Will stay again for sure. Nice neighbourhood, nice ppl, quiet. Love it.
A/C is not working in any room, I guess. I think it is a general system problem or like. It is like this for a real long time now. Does it really matter? No. :)
Clean, efficient, modern facilities. Great coffee bar, restaurant and bar. Easy to get into town, I chose to walk along the quiet footpath. Room was just what was required, comfy bed, excellent shower and incredibly quiet.
Have stayed before and chose to stay again as there was nothing negative to say.

Lovely hotel, clean and meet my expectations for a Hyatt brand.
Staff were great especially Sol who was very helpful and exceptional as the a/c was not working in some rooms, unfortunately couldn’t be resolved but offer a few breakfast which was good but not a massive variety but I suspect that seems to be the trend now-it did the job.
Again a big thanks to Sol.
