per total mi-a fost convenabil, indeosebi localizarea, si probabil voi reveni.
Cons:

Era cam rece in camera, iar temperatura nu putea fi controlata. Era nevoie de o temperatura de 18-20*C pentru a fi confortabil. Salteaua ar trebui inlocuita foarte curand. Personalul trebuie verificat mai mult la curatenie. Praful nu era sters zilnic.

Perfection, affordable, easy
Pros:

The location was really nice. Clean and modern. Bus to the centre was easy. Room was large and breakfast was fabulous. The staff were all so nice and really helpful. When we checked in the man at the desk gave us a map and wrote down some great places to eat and see. Gave great advice about not accepting the first quote for punting. He was right and we saved £30 taking his advice.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location

definitely not value for money!!
Pros:

excellent and polite staff.

Cons:

aircon panels in the room throughout the stay in all the rooms were not working and therefore it was all centralised leading to a very chilly or very warm room.
my room had no phone and they could not fix that as well throughout my long stay.
the icing on the cake if you want to call it that was that the rooms were not deep cleaned everyday including the shower area as the housekeeping is outsourced and they have cut their rates. even the room vacuuming is not done everyday!!! then why mention daily housekeeping and charge top dollar rates? cups were not cleaned as well.
in short a very un Hyatt stay.
