La ubicacion excelente. Y el personal muy amable. Iba con muletas asi que me ubicaron en el primer piso, y me ayudaron mucho.
Stylish modern hotel, excellent room (once we had been moved from the original one!), nice shower and comfortable bed. Excellent cafe across the way from the hotel for breakfast.
The first room we were put in literally vibrated, very noisy and vibrations went right through wall and bed! Must have been next to huge AC duct or something, but no one should be put in there, it was very annoying - we arrived late at night, were put in there, and had to immediately go and complain, pack our stuff again and be moved two floors down, where there was an empty room that didn't feel as if you were next to the engine room on an old noisy ship. Many others must complain about it so I am not sure why they would put us in there when there were quieter rooms available. My partner left his very precious glasses in the room (our fault obviously!) and the hotel were VERY difficult to get through to on the phone, and very slow in trying to help or even sound bothered about the situation. They were eventually located, but the customer service was pretty poor all round.
Fantastic property. Located in a purpose built walkable community with shops and restaurants/coffee bars. Sainsbury's 100 meters from the property, right on the U1/U2 bus line for easy access to Cambridge city center. Loved the water table feature in the central courtyard. Peaceful, surrounded by greenery. The hotel is airconditioned which makes a huge difference in the hot summer months.

Das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich gesäubert und auch die Reinigung zwischendurch war.verbesserungsbedürftig. Handtücher nicht getauscht, Kaffe nicht nachgefüllt, Toilettenpapier trotz ausdrücklicher Bitte nicht nachgeliefert. Das Hotel war schon besser.

The rooftop bar and terrace which was one of the best aspects of this hotel is no longer open ,but still appears on the description, which was a disappointment particularly given the weather during my stay .
I particularly liked that the property was very clean, secure, and luxurious. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I couldn’t find anything wrong with this property. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.
Lovely young team who went out of their way to be helpful. I like to compliment the really excellent Maintenance Manager who came to fix the door that would not lock. Also the really personable young Aussie woman who served us in the reception coffee lounge; a delight to meet and made us excellent coffee. The reception team were very good too. The room was very clean and bed made up as we had requested.
The entry point to the hotel parking was not clear enough. Also, We paid £20 for parking and went to a university event in the evening. When we arrived back there were NO parking spaces in either hotel allocation. We sat and waited and finally found a spot but another Hyatt customer in the same predicament could not park his car and had paid as well. There were people outside the windows in the courtyard area who sat talking very loudly until 1:00am; perhaps signs requesting quiet voices after 10:30pm might help. The toilet seat was detached when we arrived and my husband had to push it back on and the handles to the shower door were so loose we were worried about touching them - all snagging in a new hotel I assume! Also, sorry to say, the brand of coffee and tea in the rooms is awful; however the toiletries provided were lovely.
