Cons:

No adapters available, no dental kit, and no airport shuttle or transfer service — which is the bare minimum for an airport hotel.
The room alarm was pre-set for 6 a.m. and woke us up.
No apology from the staff.

For an airport hotel at this price point, this is simply unacceptable.

Nearby JFK Airport. Beautiful & very comfortable, roomy & immaculately clean room. The casino was also a plus.

Cons:

Restaurants were just OK. There could be much better choices & better quality.

Solid stay
Pros:

This is definitely a good option if you have to stay near the airport. It’s not far at all. It was nice to have the option to go to the casino but I find them depressing. Anyways, the prime restaurant was pretty good but otherwise not a lot of options after 8 PM. The staff was very very nice. Rooms were clean and smelled nice .

Not as many food options after 8 PM.

I would not recommend this to anyone who pays for what they expect.
Pros:

The reservation was okay. It turns out when you use Booking, they are additional fees that the hotel charges which were not included or conveyed through Booking.com. Booking needs to do more to be transparent.

Cons:

The room was messy, dusty, no bags in the garbage, used tea in the teapot, dirty counters, and bathroom had urine stains around the toilet.
