The property was super nice. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. Huge bathtub, roomy shower, comfortable beds. Blackout curtains were great as well. The location was very convenient.
This property had no downsides that we noticed.
We loved the apartment itself. It was very spacious with the separate living room and kitchen area. They were great with setting up the cot. They provided high end branded cots, high chair and a baby bath which we appreciated. The hotel is next door to the mall which was handy for meals if not wanting to travel too far. The location is also right on the lake so great for little strolls in the evening. We had a baby so the hotel was in a quieter neighbourhood which we appreciated. The beds are also super comfortable.
The elevators. They were a nightmare. The elevators from the ground floor you had to take to a certain floor and switch to get to the rooms. There was only ever one elevator out of the three picking people up. That should be sorted asap as hoards of people would congregate at the bottom and it would take ages for us to get one during certain parts of the day.
The staff on the ground level were abit aloof and not always that attentive. Breakfast set up is also very silly with ‘sittings’. You end up with breakfast being extremely full when it opened for each sitting. Vs just letting people flow in and out as needed.
What I loved most about our stay at Sofitel was the overall experience. From the luxurious atmosphere and exceptional amenities to the convenient location and genuinely friendly staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The value for what we received was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return again!

The room was cozy with nice views
The whole hotel attitude. a ripoff on everything related to food. An espresso for 12 dollars
We liked the location and proximity to Lotte world mall and the nearby lake and garden, especially with kids.
The room was big and modern, my kids liked having Jenie there. The beds were comfy and very quite.
We didn't try the swimming pool but it looked very nice.
The lifts can be confusing but there was always someone there to guide the guests.
The breakfast was good but needs more varieties and the service there can be a bit better.

But overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Très bel hôtel, déco raffinée - Accueil très professionnel, le personnel est au petits soins. - Chambre confortable avec une grande salle de bain, bonne insonorisation, excellente literie.
Un peu compliqué de s’y retrouver avec les changements d’ascenseurs pour accéder à la réception et aux chambres. Le dimanche créneau horaire à respecter pour les petits dej.
