Important information:

Please note Sofitel Fitness (including gym), pool and changing room & sauna is closed on the first Tuesday of every month.

Please note the Gym is closed on the second Tuesday of every month.

For safety reasons, Sofitel Fitness facilities and changing rooms available only for guests aged 17 and older.

To provide optimal facilities and environment, children 12 years and younger are not permitted to enter the CLUB MILLÉSIME.

Please note that on-site fitness and pool facilities are available for staying guests and club members only.

All guests under 19 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to stay at this property.

For guests’ comfort and safety, all hotel guests are required to make pre-booking to use the pool and one entry per person per day is allowed.

Breakfast is provided to two adults and one child at age 12 or under when breakfast-included option for 2 people is chosen. Extra costs will be charged for additional person.

In order to protect the environment and hygiene, including reducing the use of disposable products, outside food is completely prohibited from being brought into the hotel. In case of carry in, additional fee would be charged.

The Club Millésime is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul. During our family trip, we stayed at three different hotels, and Sofitel was definitely the best of them all. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We especially appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the hotel was for our family and children. The location was also very convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and Lotte World nearby. Thank you to the entire Sofitel team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. If we return to Seoul, we would definitely choose Sofitel Ambassador again. Highly recommended for families!

A fantastic family stay with spacious rooms, great facilities and a brilliant location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul, and it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The views were spectacular and the breakfast was fantastic. We stayed as a family of four, two adults and two kids, in the Family King Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a great swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi that the kids loved, with no issues about them accessing it. The hotel is also close to a shopping mall, which came in handy as this was our first stop after arriving in South Korea. A walk around the nearby lake was lots of fun, and there is a street nearby with many restaurants, which was fantastic as we could try different places while fighting jetlag. Highly recommended.

Best 5-star hotel for young families
Pros:

Sofitel was a fantastic stay for a family of 4 with young children. We stayed in a suite and what set the room apart was the fully functional kitchen and laundry(!) that made our week long stay so convenient and easy. The breakfast buffet was highly enjoyable and the staff were notably professional, friendly, and warm. A great perk was the hotel's own kids' playroom, which provided solid entertainment for the young ones. Lastly, the location is great if you are staying south of the Han River where traveling all over the city is more challenging with young children. It's right next to the Lotte World Mall (with a great food court), subway station, Lotte World Adventure, and Kidzania. And we were able to enjoy lovely walks along the lake, which is right outside the hotel. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Seoul.

Cons:

It's the way the hotel was built so it is what it is but the elevators are unnecessarily complicated with the required transfers and sometimes long waits when the hotel is busy.

Tolles, zentrales Hotel mit Underground Station gleich um die Ecke
Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit sehr bequemen Betten und großen, super sauberen Zimmern. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Es gibt auch ein fantastisches Fitnessstudio, das 24 Stunden benutzt werden kann. Auch der Pool war toll.
All in all: Absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätten wir erwartet, dass in-room toiletries inkludiert sind. Dem war aber nicht so- bis auf Duschgel und Shampoo, aus dem großen Spender- mussten Q-tips, Wattepads usw. extra bezahlt werden. Eine entsprechende Preisliste hing im Badezimmer und erinnerte an die Minibar. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt.

Pros:

Месторасположение - одно из лучших в Сеуле. Устройство самого отеля неудобное, чтобы подняться в номер нужно ехать на 2-х разных лифтах, а это всегда ждать сначала один а потом и второй. У меня был номер с видом на Скай, это действительно хороший плюс, но и цена не маленькая.
