Please note Sofitel Fitness (including gym), pool and changing room & sauna is closed on the first Tuesday of every month.

Please note the Gym is closed on the second Tuesday of every month.

For safety reasons, Sofitel Fitness facilities and changing rooms available only for guests aged 17 and older.

To provide optimal facilities and environment, children 12 years and younger are not permitted to enter the CLUB MILLÉSIME.

Please note that on-site fitness and pool facilities are available for staying guests and club members only.

All guests under 19 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to stay at this property.

For guests’ comfort and safety, all hotel guests are required to make pre-booking to use the pool and one entry per person per day is allowed.

Breakfast is provided to two adults and one child at age 12 or under when breakfast-included option for 2 people is chosen. Extra costs will be charged for additional person.

In order to protect the environment and hygiene, including reducing the use of disposable products, outside food is completely prohibited from being brought into the hotel. Wonderful stay during the cherry blossom season
Pros:

The location is very convenient with a lot of good food near the property and lotte world and mall are just next to the hotel. Breakfast is excellent.

KspoでのLIVEのために宿泊。
周りにはロッテ百貨店やマートがあり
食事するのにもことかきませんでした。
お部屋も広く快適！

Cons:

ただこちらは英語や韓国語か堪能ではなく
喋れるか理解できるかの確認もなく
早口で色々説明されたので、なんとなく
で答えました。立派な高級ホテルですので
色々な言語の方も来ると思います。
なので、少し寄り添っていただけたら
もっと素敵なホテルライフが過ごせたのかなと。
まさかの人種差別ではないと思いたい。
