Pros:

The most convenient, friendly staff, clean and comfortable stay. Hotel provided the best amenities. The complementary pancakes were awesome, especially for my elderly parents who were able to relax and have a cup of coffee with it. Thank you so much, especially to Ms Ong, who was extremely helpful and courteous with good customer service skills.

Breakfast food to be hot..like bacon..hash browns..scrambled eggs..noodles..teriyaki chicken.. meat balls. It was all presented well but just on a plate. Not kept heated. Plus no fresh fruit. Beds are hard...no mattress toppers. Staff are all helpful and great English by some.

Great experience - loved the location, staff and room.
Pros:

Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff are lovely, breakfast was a great selection. They cleaned regularly while we stayed.

Cons:

Rooms are small so you don’t have loads of space to open your cases, but this is clearly stated on the website.

Good location but not great service
Pros:

Location, extras you could collect from reception, toiletries in room.

Cons:

Customer service. Reception staff were unhelpful and not informative. For a 4 star hotel you would expect more. Redecorating whist I stayed which is fine except wallpaper on the floor in the corridors. Attention to detail lacking - didn’t address me by my correct gender when I had an issue. Small customer service mishaps that added up to many over my stay.

Comfortable and convenient hotel for your Dotonbori Osaka experience!
Pros:

The hotel was right in the heart of the Dotonbori neighborhood in Osaka. We could walk out the door be instantly in the middle of the action. Tons of sights to see, food to eat, and experiences to be had! Exactly what I wanted! The room had an excellent blackout curtain, and we didn't hear any noise from the street late at night. The back door on the first floor opened to the river which was so nice, and we were able to walk everywhere from the hotel.

Cons:

The room was small. I expected this, and I was not disappointed; however, if you are looking for a spacious and luxurious room, this is not the place for you!
While the room was very soundproof from the outside noise, we heard a lot of hallway noise from people arriving late or leaving early. This is quite common in most hotels. Not great if you're hoping to sleep late or get to bed early.

とても良い！
Pros:

スタッフの方は外国の方でしたが、日本語がとても上手で丁寧。対応も臨機応変で素晴らしかったです。
無料のパンケーキやドリンクがあるのも嬉しいポイント。道頓堀から近く、観光にも便利なホテルでした。

Cons:

立地の問題なので仕方ない部分もありますが、入口付近に大人向けのお店がありました。
気にしなければ問題ありませんが、子どもと一緒だと少し気になる場所だと感じました。
