Pros:

Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber.

Cons:

Mitten in der Nacht (ca. 3:30 Uhr) hat jemand versucht sich Zugang zu unserem Zimmer zu verschaffen. Zum Glück hatten wir es mit einem Riegel verschlossen.
Am nächsten Morgen teilte man uns auf Nachfrage mit, dass es sich um ein Versehen durch einen Mitarbeitenden gehandelt habe. Jedoch waren wir in dieser ungewissen Situation sehr besorgt und haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Eine Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption fand dies jedoch scheinbar sehr belustigend.

Pros:

the hotel is new and the room are clean, wide and confortable. Beds are good.
Familly room are perfect for 5 persons

Cons:

we face many issues:
- hôtel personnel dors not speak any foreign langage
- we cannot pay with credit card
- hotel is not helping to arrange anything ( taxi,…)
- some facilities are not open without prior notice
- breakfast is included but not usual drinks: juice, coffee…
- no breakfast menu, dinner menu,…
- the rooms are not cleaned between nights
- the hote is located on a big street with many traffic and noise
