Comfortable beds, central location. Lovely stay.
Pros:

Location, comfort, close to restaurants, wharf. Walk to Te Papa, a nice chair in each room. We used parking which was at a close offsite garage. There was a loading zone at front which was easy for loading into car.

Good place to stay in Wellington
Pros:

Great staff and location fantastic for sightseeing and shops. Easy to get to from AirPort Express bus stops very close.
Room well equipped had washer drier very useful.
Clean modern comfortable bed

No opening windows…no view from room

Pros:

Staff where excellent and hlghelpful in terms of opening and closing times of things when i enquired- they advised what was happeinh with the painting job in the floor i was on and helped me with a later checkout due to my schedule

Cons:

The layout of the room felt very squishy in terms of the closet opening being so close to the bed and the bedside tables very squished up against everything to fit in

Fantastic location, newly renovated, will stay again
Pros:

Location is great centrally based in the main shopping centre, close to venues and entertainment. The rooms have been newly renovated, are super clean, well equipped and well designed for a stay.

Cons:

It was hard to get a truely dark room - the curtains had gaps down the extreme sides and the early morning sun rested on your face in bed. We tried to MacGyver a solution to our lack of early morning sleep and were partly successful. The curtains need some solution to keep them resting against the wall - maybe a little more give in the curtain gathering would be the solution.

Pros:

The room was amazing. Everything you could possible require for a short stay was available in the room. The reception were very friendly and accommodating. The location in the main shopping area was perfect and a small supermarket only 30 meters away.

Excellent experience
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to the cable car, public transport, the waterfront, great shops and good dining. The room was very well appointed, everything we needed was there.
