Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare - reserved a spot but very tight car park and it is quite a walk to get to the hotel with your belongings through a shopping mall. Wouldn’t do this again

Compared to other quests we have stayed in, room felt very small and compact (we did get the most basic)

Excellent stay in a clean well serviced aparthotel in Wellington CBD.
Pros:

The mini suite was very clean and well laid out. Check-in was very easy and the building is secured at night and on weekends. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the Nespresso machine was great to have. The location right on Lambton Quay was terrific, shopping especially nice. We were very impressed by Quest.

Cons:

There was a washer and dryer combo which was a bit tricky, a user's manual would have been nice. There was a window, but only the staff may open it for servicing/cleaning. Being able to have some fresh air would be great.

Bardzo dobry hotel zaraz obok Wellington Cable Car
Pros:

Standard pokoju był bardzo dobry (poziom nowoczesnego 4**** hotelu w Europie). Udało nam się zarezerwować hotelowy parking - rekomendujemy odezwać się z wyprzedzeniem, bo liczba miejsc jest mocno ograniczona ($25 per night). Na plus profesjonalne i proklienckie zachowanie personelu, który bezpłatnie umożliwił nam późniejszy check-out. Zaraz obok znajduje się słynny Car Cable.

Do parkingu prowadzi labirynt :)

Pros:

Clean and in a good central location. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

Difficult to find reception or park outside. Extremely difficult to negotiate the car park facility, a steep and narrow ramp and once parked up, it’s a maze trying to find the way back to the hotel reception.
