Great hotel lots of lovely touches .. great spot for the Snow festival
Pros:

Great ambience and lovely staff

Cons:

the bar area on reception was odd with the reception staff on duty it felt like we were in a waiting room

Die Lage ist hervorragend direkt am Odori-Park

Cons:

Es gibt weder einen Kleiderschrank noch eine Kommode für die Wäsche. Auf der Liege kann man dann sprichwörtlich "aus dem Koffer leben." Es gibt auch kein TV. Dafür gibt es einen Plattenspieler mit einem speziellen Holzlautsprecher. Was soll das?

Pros:

Excellent location and a clean hotel

Cons:

To go to the lobby and ask the staff for just one free bottled water a day is so inconvenient. Just add the water in the room like every other hotel I’ve stayed at.

Worth it just for the location, but exceeds expectations.
Pros:

Great location. Easy access to underground walkways bus/trains across the street from sapporo tower and next to a great bakery. Very clean, modern decor. Has its own kind of modern style (many people would say hipster chic maybe?)
If you're a fan of records and you just need to chill in your room after a long day walking around sapporo it's great that they have a record player in each room and they have a library of records that you can borrow for free on the second floor (though I couldn't figure out the method)
There's an amazing used record store just down the street.
There are also great creams, toiletries etc. and things available on the 2nd floor also (during business hours only I think)

Cons:

Maybe the laundry machines weren't so great? There's only two. and well it accepts PayPay and some other types. It doesn't accept anything but 100 yen coins otherwise in cash. It has a great locking feature but the downside is if they are being used you can't take the laundry out to start a load until that person unlocks it. Also the dryer function didn't seem to work? In a deep winter it's really necessary to have easy access to laundry.
Also I think that the second floor bar doesn't serve wine or beer?
Which was a bit disappointing.
Honestly otherwise great.
