Location was great and the hotel is very well and beautifully designed

Was perfect. Perfect room. Perfect location. But truly disappointing breakfast
Pros:

Convenient and easy access to many places via the subways and also underground walkways.
Staffs did not talk much English except a few like Ms Bae and Duty Manager Keisuka Takeda.
Bae was really helpful when we could not set the air conditioner in our room. She came quickly and helped us. She even discussed about where we can go in Sapporo for shopping, sightseeing and food.
Keisuka on the other hand was very helpful and easy to interact as well. I had a refund of ¥4880 and the whole transaction was done in a breeze. The fastest refund I ever got from a hotel. He even ensured that we got early breakfast at 5.30am for our early checkout on 08-03-2026

Cons:

Breakfast was ok for ¥2400 per person per day but staffs there were not so friendly towards Asian tourists. Menu was the same throughout our 7 days stay there. Which was kind of boring but because I had already paid for it, we had to force ourselves to eat. The thing that put us off the most was the staff cleaning up the food and drinks starting from 9.15am. Breakfast is from 7.00am to 10.00am with a last call for the main 2 dishes at 9.30am. But when guests come in for breakfast at 9.30am, they say that everything is finish and only left the buffet part which is partially being cleaned up. This is wrong. We have been to many hotels around the world and none of them have this policy. This has to change or else the hotel will get more low ratings

Best hotel on Hokkaido
Pros:

It’s the best hotel on whole Hokkaido, and the best one in similar price range in whole Japan we’ve stayed. Modern and clean, we had cabin room with direct tower view from the window. Window can be opened, which is a great benefit. Room is big and well organized, and it’s incredibly clean.
But the best part is the staff who work here - they all helped us with any questions that we had. My wife had to visit specific doctor specialist, and they helped us to find a few, and also call them to check if they accept non Japanese speakers.
Coin laundry is available, and it’s clean and cheap.
Location is great - close to all main districts, and subway is just one minute walk.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great.
