Perfect Location in Sapporo
Pros:

The location is very perfect especially if you are using airport bus to travel to and fro. Also most of the day tour pick up is right infront of the hotel. The staff are really helpful and go beyond to help us out.

Cons:

Rooms are bit smaller. Apart from that everything is good

Pros:

오도리 공원 삿포로 TV 타워 바로 옆이라 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 비에이 투어 했는데 출발지가 보통 삿포로 TV 타워앞이어서 아침 일찍 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 편했습니다. 걷는 것을 좋아해서 거의 모든 관광지와, 식당, 역을 걸어서 다녔습니다. 비나 눈이 올 때는 지하로 왠만한 곳은 다 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 추천합니다.

Wybitny hotel z niespodzianką na dachu :)

Po pierwsze przez pomyłkę wstawiłem opinie o tym hotelu jako opinię dla Cross Hotel Sapporo, więc można ją tam przeczytać. Tamten hotel też był świetny i oceny pozostawiłbym te same, jednak lounge na dachu był tu, w The Royal Park Canvas i to lounge zrobił na nas najlepsze wrażenie, ponieważ spędziliśmy tam świetny wieczór, było wesoło, klimatycznie, a obsługa stoiska serwującego napoje i przekąski naprawdę cudowna. Klimat dachowego przybytku wieczorem poprawiała wreszcie znośna temperatura, sympatyczne palenisko z żywym ogniem, wygodne kanapy i siedziska, ludzie robiący miłą atmosferę, widok na wieżę tv i sporą część Sapporo no i przede wszystkim obsługa sprzedająca drinki, piwo i przekąski. Co do reszty - śniadania bardzo dobre, pokój przyzwoitej wielkości i o ciekawym drewnianym wystroju. Wszystko na najlepszym poziomie! Serdecznie polecamy - ja i syn! Spędziliśmy naprawdę niesamowity wieczór.

Pros:

It was surprisingly very spacious and comfortable for us and very clean. The location was also very good, near department stores and malls, as well as Odori Park, Sapporo Tower, Nijo Market etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient location and worth the price point, will stay here again for sure.
Pros:

Hotel was conveniently located just across Sapporo TV Tower / Odori Park and a couple of exits from the Odori train station. Very walkable to nearby areas like Nijo Market or even the main Sapporo Station. Room was clean and spacious enough for us and we really enjoyed our stay here.

The ambiance, the location and the accommodating staff made our stay a pleasant experience.
Pros:

The location. It was close to the malls and points of interest in the city of Sapporo. The iconic Sapporo tower is right across the hotel and walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls.
The staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

There is no room service.
Our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of torrential rain around midnight of July 18.
We were a group of 4 senior ladies and were hoping to have a meal at the hotel. Unfortunately they do not have room service and the reception staff directed us to Lawson’s, a convenience store about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It would have been okay, except for the rude treatment we got from the cashier on duty at the time. It was so disappointing - a far cry from our experience with the Japanese people we have encountered in all our trips to Japan. The cashier was so discourteous and loudly told us
that we could not eat inside the store, which was okay,
except for the manner that he said it. He even asked us in an accusatory voice if we paid for the shopping bags
we used for our purchases.
It was a terrible experience for our first night in Sapporo. Perhaps, for clients of the hotel who arrive late, and with prior notice, snacks and sandwiches can be offered for a fee.
