Great Stay!
Pros:

Communication was fantastic, and they were able to accommodate an early check in for a wedding we had to attend. Thank you!

The location was great and we had a great night’s sleep!

Cons:

Cleaning could be better. Lots of scuffs on the walls, and dust along the outer edges of carpets where the vacuum can’t reach.

Loved our stay and recommend it. We'll rebook there if visiting Toowoomba again.
Pros:

The apartment design was modern and really well set out, furnished beautifully and we really enjoyed our stay there.
The owners were excellent and communication was really good.
When we needed to ask for an extra bed for 1 night they quickly moved us to a suitable apartment to meet our request.
Secured parking underneath was also great and easy to navigate.
The location and views were brilliant and close to so many places including a cafe within steps of the apartment entrance which we loved.

On the whole though we enjoyed the location and the apartment.
Cons:

In our back unit the noise from the outside air conditioner units was annoying loud when the balcony window was open or when we stepped out onto the balconies. Kitchen equipment was a bit sparse for self catering.

Lovely quiet place with plenty of space to relax.
Pros:

Very spacious and heaps of room. Great view. Bed was very comfortable and I liked the fact that one person can watch TV while the other can read on a comfortable couch in a cozy corner.

Cons:

Just a note: Carpets have stains on them along with some of the dining room chairs. One of the pull downs for the blind was broken off the wall. But what I did have trouble with was the key code disk. It sometimes worked and other times I was trying for 10 minutes to get the gate open into the carpark. Also returning the key disk into the locked box would have been fine if I was tall and could have read the top of the box to lift lid. Couldn't see this and went to LJ Hooker asking if they took the disk, when said no I asked a stranger if they could see anything on the box. That is when I found out that a name tab had been put on the top of the key box. Short people don't have a chance to read something that is taller than them. Something to consider for short people when boxes are higher and instructions are written on the top of a box.
