Pros:

Place was clean, tidy and absolutely blasted with a brilliant sunset during golden hour, so thankfully the aircon was quite effective!
Beds were comfy, amenities were plentiful and the place was rather spacious.

Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

More of a building issue than a host issue. Front door lock design requires you to slam it shut upon exit. It's also fob only access so there's no deadbolt to lock it once you're inside, relying on the locked door handle only.

Was easy access and good location. Felt unclean and disappointed with balcony having cigarettes over the floor.
Pros:

Good parking. Good air conditioning. Easy access and instructions.

Cons:

Unclean, shower and bathroom tiles grubby and hair and grim evident. Cigarette ash and buds on the balcony floor uncleaned from previous tenant. Glass table on balcony not wiped from previous tenant. Surfaces still grimy inside. Spare blanket in the cupboard had a smell as if not washed after previous occupant.

The place was handy if you drove everywhere and was modern but noisy.
Pros:

It was fairly well stocked except for toilet paper. The kitchen was modern. The main suite ensuite was great.
The location was great. The secure parking was good.

Cons:

The noise from the air conditioning unit on the roof below meant we had to keep the door and windows shut all the time. The lounge was uncomfortable and really not suitable for 2 couples. It was also quite stained.

These are wonderful apartments with everything you need for any length stay in absolute comfort.

Cons:

When on the balcony the noise from a motor on the rooftop below is quite intrusive.

Excellent and would recommend.
Pros:

Spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff were helpful although there is no one based at the property, but they are available on the phone.
Location is good, close to the mall and there is a cafe and a late night pharmacy downstairs.

Cons:

The internet speed is fine for normal internet browsing but I was working and it was frustratingly slow.

Comfortable and spacious apartment
Pros:

Apartment size and facalities, undercover & secure parking ( important in Toowoomba). Internet speed.

Cons:

Lift not working for a few hours ( no fault of anyone), but no staff on premises as everything is contactless.
