Breakfast was good.

The property is clean and the staff there are amazing and very attentive to the guests.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel 6/21/2026. I travel globally for work which fortunately results in Titanium Elite status. I offer that information simply to say I travel a lot and have a frame of reference when it comes to hotels. I can't begin to express my disappointment with this particular hotel. There are a few basic needs - hot water, and regular (not decaf) coffee most travelers expect. I was in town to move our son into an local apartment.

After a long, hot day of moving - I was looking forward to a hot shower. I turned the water on and waited and waited and the hot water never came. It was lukewarm at best. I dismissed this issue assuming everyone in the hotel (large sport groups were observed) had used all the hot water. Well, that stinks but life goes on. The next morning at 6AM, same exact results. We both had to take another lukewarm (although it felt cold) shower (Happy Father's Day). We then each went to fix a cup of regular coffee and there was only one regular blend - the rest were decaf. Attention to detail!

The cherry on top occurred when we walked out the hotel front entrance for the morning - the gentleman at the desk was just standing there - made no effort to say good morning or offer a basic greeting. Nice! Clearly, Hospitality 101 was never offered during his training with Residence Inn. Better yet, maybe he too took a lukewarm shower? I am a loyal brand member but I doubt I will stay at this property for a while. Residence Inn - do better at the basics. This may seem petty to some but it mattered to me.

Cleanliness and the staff very accommodating

The hotel is located in a very convenient area. We were in town for an ice hockey tournament and this is our second time staying. The hotel was unusually busy and it was impossible to get breakfast with how crowded the area was, but oh well. The gentleman, Josh Girly, at the front desk was such an absolute sweetheart and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of since he knew the place was overrun with large families. We really appreciated his kindness and service. The gym was very disappointing, but other than that- I only have good things to say.

I've stayed at this residence inn location since it first opened each year. This past year was horrible. The hotel allowed a youth group of soccer players to book 50 room with 5 or 6 guests in each room. The breakfast and breakfast area was a disaster. They left the area in shambles and they took food like vultures. The water, coffee, bread, the yogurt, the fruit - all of it was taken and the staff couldn't keep up with it. The rooms also have gone down hill. Fire alarm went off on a Saturday at 8pm. It took almost 30 minutes for the issue to be resolved. Not sure if it was someone who burned toast or some youth who actually set the alarm off. I heard different stories. Stained carpets too also made it feel as if I was staying at a low-end motel. Also parking is no longer free. 7.50 per day. Gym also missing dumbbells. If you plan on staying here, call ahead and ask if there are any large youth sport groups staying there at the same time ...and plan on paying additional money for parking!

I loved the convenience to the sports complex. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating (especially for having so many children and their parents present in the lobby and pool area - at all hours). The breakfast was good and the snacks/drinks in the lobby for purchase were a hit with all the kiddos. The rooms were clean and very nicely done/updated. The outside grills on the patio and the upstairs indoor/outdoor bar area on the 4th floor were also a very nice touch!
