We liked everything we had in this high quality, high standard hotel. The staff is particularly kind and helpful, the zone is marvelous, close to the lake and the touristic attractions, but also in the countryside, so that you can enjoy free hiking. The breakfast is enormous (Chinese + Continental)
Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. I called the hotel myself, who generously offered a refund, and only then did Expedia begin to process a refund. Terrible experience and will not be booking through it anymore.
