A nice place to stay for a work trip.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The room functional with all modern equipment you expect. I got a free upgrade With free access to the launch which was a nice bonus. The location is very good.

Cons:

I stayed under rooftop rooms, the whole rooftop area however was not very welcoming. There was a building site next to the hotel that created noice form the early morning.

Could have been better.
Pros:

It’s centrally located , close to Sandton City Mall and Rosebank Mall

Cons:

The rooms are compact

The stuff do not clean the rooms thoroughly even after I asked for the room to be cleaned everyday.

Service from the housekeeping staff is also very poor

Pros:

Tout ! À ma surprise le restaurant était vraiment excellent, personnel à la réception vraiment au top, mention spécial pour Zandi au restaurant qui a vraiment le sens de l'accueil et du service, elle a su nous faire passer de très bons moments. La chambre top avec vue sur Johannesburg, cerise sur le gâteau, le rooftop qui proposait ce jour là un petit dj qui mettait de la bonne musique house, tout en sirotant de bons cocktails j'ai adoré. Emplacement top
En tout cas allez y, vous ne regretterez pas.
