Simply convenient
Pros:

Good location for my purpose - next day appointment nearby. A functional efficiant hotel. Specifically I liked the fact that the hotel allowed me to correct a mistake I made when booking. I booked the wrong month. Bookings.com system didnt allow me to make the change. A supervisor at the hotel contacted Bookings.com and arranged for the other date to be cancelled and the correct date entered. The correct date was the following day. If not for the hotel I would have had to book again and I would have lost the incorrect booking. Rarely are the computer driven systems overriden by people who think outside the box. This time they did

The price of the hotel isn't bad if you just want to stay for a few nights

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't worth the price. If you want to use the laundry service, you have to pay in cash, not by card. There are shops within walking distance, but you can’t walk there because there are no sidewalks. So you’ll need to use a motorcycle or car, or Bolt or Grab. There aren’t any restaurants in the area either.

Super Preisleistungsverhältnis

Die Unterkunft in Phuket war einfach top! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem, was man braucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und super gemütlich.

Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – einfach mega! Abends rein, entspannen und dabei den Ausblick raus genießen… besser geht’s wirklich nicht. Das hat den Aufenthalt nochmal auf ein ganz anderes Level gehoben.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Egal ob Tipps für Ausflüge oder kleine Anliegen – es wurde sich sofort gekümmert.

Insgesamt eine richtig schöne Erfahrung, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Very nice, clean and confi quiet place to stay. Staff is excellent and very friendly and also provides excellent service.
