air conditioning was not working as per thermostat. our entire trip was bad because of the AC. It was over cooling than required and thermostat seemed to not work.

Location is good .. closer to the Dubai metro, Mall and BK.
Room was average, carpet could use a steam clean. Proper electric point in bathroom could be handy for ladies.

Great staff elevate stay
Pros:

11 night family stay was very enjoyable, particularly the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and excellent throughout, which really elevated our experience. Hotel location is great for access to shops and restaurants in City Walk Mall, and Dubai Mall

Lovely spot for basic clean room, with excellent breakfast, lovely pool area, great shuttle service. Rooms aren’t lux, but for the price you can’t beat the service, breakfast and restaurant/ bar, and helpful staff.

I have been staying at this hotel 4-5 times a year for the past few years. Kumar and Sabu are just excellent and they provide the level of service that I come back for time and time again.

I think everything is good. I and my family like this hotel. Next time we are gonna come here. I really recommend. Also my flight was changed, and I asked about my check out, then they changed it for me, for free! Cool!
