An overall good experience other than the one hang up
Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds.

Cons:

A staff member attempted to come in our room 2 hours before checkout while we were still asleep. Thankfully I used the latch and they couldn’t get the door open. Not happy about this at all.

Very comfortable and clean with great staff!
Pros:

The staff was SO nice! The room was very clean and well put together. The hotel and parking lot felt very safe and clean.

Cons:

The pillows felt a little too hard and the pillow cases feelt stiff. Someone in a room near us had their TV on all night, loud enough that I could hear it in our room clearly. Made it kind of hard to rest.

Cons:

I did not even get to stay. The hotel could not find my reservation at all, yet Booking.com charged me $125 & change... I'm hoping to get through to someone for a refund.

If there were adequate directions to the drop off, the experience would have been much better.
Pros:

The rooms were cleaned and ready for our early arrival.

Cons:

The parking lot is in the rear of the building with no entry into the lobby. You can’t see the drop off unless you approach the hotel from the front.

Pros:

The Breakfast was good though they stopped serving bacon and switched to sausage before I went down and I prefer bacon

Cons:

There isnt enough parking. I had to pay to park in the street. I dont think that is right. I worried about my vehicle

Excellent staff and caring management.
Pros:

We had a little struggle with them not finding our reservation initially, but the desk person called the manager and less than 10 minutes later we were settled out room. Also convenient to the freeway and downtown and restaurants.

Cons:

Front entrance was not easy to access.

Waterfall trip, last night
Pros:

Other than the lounge seat and the entry light being out(it was reported), the room was nicely furnished. Bed was good. We did not try the breakfast. Slept late.

Cons:

We had a corner room next to the interstate on the fifth floor. I thought it was further away. The traffic noise and sirens Monday was bad. Maybe a room on the backside would have been quieter. The lounge seat was too narrow and uncomfortable.
