Holiday Inn Paris CDG Airport by IHG

Staff was very friendly better than staffs I dealt with on my other hotel stays.

Excellent facility with very helpful staff

This was our last stop after a busy 2'werk European vacation across many countries. A welcome respite!

Not easy to find. Called and was advised it would be 60 + minutes to arrive. Was "offered" a taxi at 2× reg rate. Don't rely on this service being accurate or available.

A great landing pad for your arrival in France. Great staff. Excellent dining options. Recommend

Clean but very understaffed at check in and ck out. Very slow

We waited over an hour to check into our room. The staff gave us a room with a used water bottle in the room and the lights were on in the room.

We asked for a timeslot for a shuttle to the airport and they said it was full and the hour before and after were full too. Useless and resulted in us paying an additional $25 to get to the airport with an Uber.

We were told at check in our breakfast was free, when we went for breakfast, we were told it’s an additional $25€ per personal for a continental breakfast! What a joke! I also gave them my IHG Gold member number, they didn’t input it and never helped me once when we had any of these issues. Won’t be back and won’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

At checkout, they couldn’t even find our room reservation and argued with us to say we were in a different room. Complete nonsense!


Additionally, there was an entire flight of people sprawled across the lobby with bags in the entrance, and the camped out overnight in the lobby as the hotel was full and only a few of them could get a room. It felt unsafe and disorganized. They were moving bags and dragging them along the floor in our hallway throughout the night.

The hotel staff gave free water bottles to those arriving, but when I asked, they refused. I felt very snubbed and did nothing to deserve it.

Use the Hilton down the road. It’s worth the extra $100 per night.

We had to cancel 2 nights stay at our Paris hotel due to protest. We booked this Holiday Inn CDG so we wouldn't miss our flight.

Never stay at this area before so I went through many hotels reviews and this hotel has the most positive reviews plus good price point with FREE shuttle to airport!

We booked this hotel for 3 of us the beds are very comfortable, the sofa bed was out and ready for us that was a pleasant surprise. The shower was great hot and cold water pressure, quietness of the room, oh and I love the Dove bodywash makes me feel like at home.

All the staffs are wonderful they helped us reserve free shuttle to airport after we checked in. It's important you reserve this ahead of time since their shuttle can only fit 6 people.

We didn't know there're 2 Holiday INN at CDG airport! our Uber dropped us off at the other one which is closer to airport but NO free shuttle and this one has FREE shuttle to airport which is only 5-7 minutes ride. Our shuttle driver was great my husband gave him big tip. Definitely will stay here again next time go through CDG airport.

I was great to be walking distance to a beautiful, quaint town, Roissy en France. Lots to see and places to hike

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Paris and overall found it to be surprisingly clean and comfortable, with a touch of luxury for the price. The location is very convenient, being so close to the airport, and the shuttle bus service to and from the airport was a big plus.

However, my experience with the breakfast service was unfortunately very unpleasant. When I went to get a to-go coffee, the staff member was quite rude. Later, when I approached to get a plate, the same staff member aggressively demanded that I notify the front desk, even though my name was already on the breakfast list. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable enough that I decided not to have breakfast at all. To my surprise, I was still charged for three breakfasts. When I politely explained this at checkout, the receptionist had to confirm with the same staff member before addressing it.

While I tried to keep everything respectful, it wasn’t a very pleasant way to start the day. Aside from this incident, the hotel itself is very nice, clean, and convenient for travelers. I hope management can address the hospitality issues with breakfast service, as the rest of the stay was excellent.

Check-in and staff were superb. The room was spacious, neat, convenient. Dinner on-site was good, but breakfast was BEYOND!

Hotel was nice, and close to the airport. The shuttle starts running at 7am so didnt work for our early flight. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when checking in and asking for info on things like taxis since we couldn't use the shuttle. Just due to the staff alone I wouldn't stay here again.

the hallways were not very clean and a bit of smelly. There is no restaurant/bar available for guests after 10PM

New, clean and well located hotel close to the airport. The staff is helpful, efficient and polite. I only stayed a night for a lay over but the hotel lobby is spacious with a bar and a few amenities that looked great. The room was spacious and clean. As a woman travelling alone I felt safe. I recommend this hotel
