Good hotel with nice breakfast and in a nice location

I love the pool site and it is very peaceful as it is quiet and clean. The bathtub was nice and clean. The room has direct access to the swimming pool.

Hotel is located in such a nice and quiet place, it even has a private trail. Rooms are spacious and cosy, soundproofing is also on point. Outdoor pool is so great to relax and regain strength after a day full of walking around all the great places around beautiful island of Jeju. There's even a CVS inside hotel in case you'd want some late night snack or forgot to bring some sanitary staff. Breakfast is served considering tastes of both, local and foreign guests. Staff is very frindly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

I have an enjoyable stay in this great hotel. When we checked in, Tim welcomed us and describe the hotel facility clearly with sincere attitude.
When we entered the rooms, room facility is clean and tidy. A big balcony is inside the room, I enjoyed the wind with little wind breeze. Feel relaxing and full of happiness.

Jeju World Automobile and Piano Museum - an exciting and educational museum for young and old. The demonstration of children can also play to be a conductor and Piano room to play. Also, there is a dance hall with K Pop dance.
The different pianos was interesting and lovely.! Please fo not hesitate to visit this interesting museum.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the hotel does not have an onsite restaurant within the same building as the guest rooms. The restaurant is actually in the clubhouse of the golf club opposite the hotel. The menu is also quite limited in choices. We also could not get ice in the guest room and were told we had to purchase this from the convenience store in the hotel. This is a good hotel to consider if renting a car to drive about in Jeju as it is quite far from the city centre. However you can use uber taxi and the cabs come very quickly like in 3-5 minutes.

The property is very luxurious and comfortable and the staff is very very friendly and polite . Food is very nice and also the ambience. Location is also very convinient to get buses and also get nice view of the mountain while having breakfast . Highly Recommend it

Thanks to my ALL Gold status and the off-peak season, we were thrilled to be upgraded to a spacious suite and enjoy the convenience of a late check-out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort!

The hotel felt so luxurious and peaceful. Beautiful room. Big bathtub. Wonderful nature view from balcony . Kind staff was so helpful. Great breakfast with gorgeous view. It was better than I had hoped. The restaurant staff was amazing and so accommodating.

The hotel and the room are really great! The location of the hotel is great as well as it’s private and yet spacious. It’s next to a golfing area which areas a great view and has multiple amenities as well. The staff are really helpful and friendly, making the stay a lot more comfortable!

At the end of the year, I remembered a good memory of my last trip to Jeju Island with my boyfriend, and I visited Mercure Ambassador. The cleaning was neat and the staff kindly responded. I liked the quiet hotel and it was rather nice to have a quiet place. I was able to take the inconvenience.

A beautiful and super spacious executive suite! Two WCs is a treat! 😂 beds are a bit firm . Sofa is huge! There’s a bIG bubbling jacuzzi in the room too to relax your sore muscles . Amazing!
And what’s best, you can catch the lovely sunrise from the room!

Solid hotel. Nothing more. Great valeu for your money. This hotel gets the job done. Big spacious rooms, nice bathroom, everything clean and fresh. No extras or fancy stuff. Just a Solid hotel.

I recently stayed at Mercure hotel adjacent to Teddy Valley Resort, and it exceeded my expectations! We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious suite, making our stay even more comfortable. The room was well-appointed, and we had plenty of space to relax.

The teddy bear theme throughout the property added a unique and charming touch, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. For those traveling with a rental car, this hotel is ideal—its location offers easy access to explore the surrounding areas.

It might be a bit challenging for guests relying solely on public transportation, as options nearby are limited. A rental car is recommended for the best experience.
