Pros:

Tout a été parfait : l'hôtel et ses services, le personnel, les petits déjeuners et la carte du restaurant, la piscine était parfaite et le panorama merveilleux.

Cons:

Un peu excentré du centre de pattaya mais lorsque l'on cherche le calme et la détente c'est l'endroit idéal.

Very comfortable hotel, nice staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good, great selection. Sometimes the staff were a bit slow in clearing tables and slow at replenishing the food.

Cons:

More sunbeds at the pool please. There was 3 sunbeds broken, couldn't be used, never replaced.
The sun beds at the beach are not sufficient, pretty dirty first thing in the morning as people used them late at night and left there rubbish behind them. Having said that, a bigger bin or more bins at the beach bar, pool area and reception are would be a big plus.
The Happy hour is not a happy hour! The hotel puts the price of the beer and cocktails up for the happy hour and then take 50% off. They make a big thing of this that they are giving you 50% off but in reality it's only 20%. Do as everyone else does, go around to 7 eleven and bring back your own beer. I did bring this to the attention of the bar staff and the hotel reception, they just smiled, it is Thailand after all. Beach is not the best, hence we used the pool more.

Messze a központtól. Takarító személyzet nem a tipp egy wc papírt kaptunk ha elfogyott mert kevés volt rajta akkor így jártunk.A reggeli személyzet köszöni nem tudott. A kenyér választék kevés száraz. . Előtte egy négy csillagos szállodában szálltunk meg sokkal valasztekosabb jobb reggeli volt , és kedvesebbek voltak A medence körül kevés napagy.
Egy ötcsillagos szállodától többet vártunk.

Olimme hotellissa sesongin ollessa lopuillaan, ainakin siinä hetkessä hotelli palveli meitä täydellisesti! Emme kaipaa hälinää, rannalla ja upeilla kattojen uima-altailla oli väljää ja rauhallista. En tiedä millainen meno olisi ollut kuumimman sesongin aikana, mutta ainakin nyt jäi hyvät muistot.

Hieman jäi sellainen olo että edellisten vieraiden jälkeen olisi siivous voinut olla tarkempi.
