Pros:

In middle of everything, 5 mins walk from the most beautiful beaches of DR, 5 minutes from the store and the hotel stuff always very friendly/ helpful. Thanks you very much for the great stay.

What was that? I need a complete refund from the hotel. What was that? Unbelievable. This so-called hotel is a dumpster. There is no running water, soap, or towels. The city needs to shut down this hotel.

Éramos un grupo de amigos de 6 habitaciones, no lo recomiendo, pésimo servicio, en cada habitación solo 1 toalla vieja y con huecos, no nos dieron sábanas, no había papel higiénico en los baños, la piscina abandonada y los baños también, es un hotel de ninguna estrella

Pros:

The property closed at 12am, they wouldn’t pick up the phone and the guard outside said there is nothing they could do. I booked this place for one night to sleep in for like 4 hour but we were unable to check in.

The receptionist was new so had little knowledge which wasn’t his fault but shouldn’t have been alone. There was absolutely no water for a shower, for the toilet or anything else, I complained 6 times but was just fobbed off. The pool had no water unlike the advertisement, there was no wifi in any room unlike advertised. Rooms were clean and the guy tried hard to help, rooms were cheap it was a shame about the other disasters.

The Pool was nice there was nobody at the front desk to check me in and dident know how to put the TV to work there was no internet and I have to Pay extra cuarte my card did not pass and haved to pay in cash

Pros:

I liked the room with the balcony. All the rooms don't have hot water. No Internet the whole time. Pool is old and dirty. Pictures look better than in person. Wouldn't stay here again.

This place is small has a lot of mould in most rooms. The doors and locks on doors are left to be desired.. There is no Internet in the rooms nor is there any television service whatsoever. The receptionist was completely useless and it was clear she did not want to give any service. One made, however, was very helpful since the room I was assigned to initially did not have fresh sheet says there was body hair and stains on towels as well as bedsheets. The experience made that came to our aid offered me a fresh new clean room.
I clearly have no understanding why this place was initially rated the way it was it shouldn’t be.

Although expired said taxes and fees are included. When I arrived there was a surprise $10 cleaning fee. I searched for a place with a pool and the pool did not even have water in it. The WiFi did not work as well.

this picture you are looking is deceptive. They say they have 24 hour service when I came in at 2 am. there was a man with a hood at the entrance of the hotel that scared me and the taxi driver. Apparently that was the security of this place. He called the owner who was sleeping and took 20 minutes to come to the front desk. He was very rude and was trying to make me pay after I have shown him my reservation. He does not speak any English if it was for the driver who was able to translate I would have to pay him again because at 2 am in the morning after a long flight. who has time for that. I went to my assigned room in the 3rd floor no elevator. The bathroom was very out dated. There was only one roll of toilet paper which like it was soaked in the toilet. There was no water, no coffee machine if you would want to drink. It was terrible. I would not recommend it. I arrived at 2 am and he told me to pay 20 US dollars if want to extend my time for 2 pm instead of 12 pm

Hotel was clean and modern for the area. The pool was not operating while i was there but it was filling so I suspect another day or two and it will be open. For the price I paid it was perfect
