A really lovely place to stay
Pros:

Lovely room, location and staff. The little bag of toiletries for each guest was a lovely touch. The restaurant and food served was great too.

Cons:

TV remote had been missing in the room and needed sorting for guests using the room.

Exceptional stay with friendly staff
Pros:

Everything, from arriving where the staff are exceptional. Friendly, polite, nothing was too much bother. I missed serving time on Sunday arrival, but was able to eat my collected Chinese in the restaurant whilst having a drink. Room spacious, clean and bedding comfortable. Breakfast relaxed and the food was superb. It's been a long since somewhere has ticked all the boxes.

Cons:

There really was nothing I didn't like. The only small gripe was the hanging stand could be higher/taller as clothes like trousers crumble onto shelf.

Very Nice Place Fairly Handy For Market Rasen Races
Pros:

This is basically a pub/restaurant with some rooms in a sort of annexe,attached but essentially separate.
It looks as though parts of it are pre-20th century but the whole place has been renovated quite recently and fairly tastefully in my very amateur opinion.
Easy to find and ample off-road parking.
My room was fine. Had some character and the photo of that room anyway is an accurate representation
Staff were friendly and efficient and my veggie breakfast was fine with very ample portions.

Cons:

There are some steps up to the rooms. Not really a problem for me but I don't think there is disability access. I could be wrong. Might be worth checking if you need it
The acoustics in the bar were a bit unfortunate if you had somebody who talked louder than necessary. But I suppose pubs have always been noisy and I am now old.

Nice property and will stay again
Pros:

House was well stocked with tea coffee and oil for cooking. Nice clean rooms and complimentary soap and conditioner. Really lovely garden space for outdoor dining.

Cons:

Unfortunately first night was ruined by a customer in the pub car park who revved their car loudly from 9pm until midnight before speeding away (most likely drunk). Taxi's to get to walled Garden Baumer charged extra because of location however I wasn't that upset about that as it was for a wedding. Hob switch is temperamental. Does work but only if presses a certain way. Really small thing but they leave a review form... But no pen...

Stunning place, very welcoming, just perfect.
Pros:

It was a beautiful pub and hotel, very well presented, very clean and very welcoming with a beautiful pub garden. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for you. The food was beautiful and you had everything you needed!

Cons:

I am only disappointed that I won’t have a reason to stay here again any time soon! Would absolutely love to come back one day!

Pros:

Room was good with tea-making facilities, comfortable bed, tv, clean towels etc and a fantastic breakfast (full English) within easy reach of Cadwell Park .

Room was lovely and clean, was a bit disappointed on arrival as had to pay an additional £20 for extra bed when my origtinally booking was for 2 adults and 1 child and had already paid the amount due The pull out bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The food at the restaurant was good

A base for a wing walk
Pros:

Everybody was so friendly and we had dinner and breakfast. Both were amazing and the sticky toffee pudding was to die for !!

Cons:

The only little thing to moan about was the green emergency light in the bedroom . Very bright .
