A weekend break in Lincolnshire
Pros:

Very well run establishment food and drink was excellent and the staff were also the room was very comfortable also an enjoyable stay

Cons:

The only downside is it is sat on a busy A road so its not a quiet nights sleep

A great stop off for the beginning of our holiday.
Pros:

Everything - but in particular the staff.

Cons:

A very minor point, but there was no internal access to the bar/restaurant from the rooms. You had to exit the rooms to the outside and re-enter the building from a different door - this may be problematic for some in wet weather.

Comfortable clean and great location close to family

A very comfortable stay. We'll be back.
Pros:

Staff and atmosphere were very good. Food also excellent. Rooms were first class, cosy but very well equipped.

Pros:

Comfy bed with nice linen. Lovely, Friendly staff. Good size room

Cons:

Evening meal which was paid for separately was over priced and disappointing. The plastic on the bottom of Shower screen was very stained. Taps in bath need lime scale remover.

Lovely clean comfortable with delicious food and fantastic staff.

Rooms were clean, spacious and pretty - Bed was so comfortable - bathroom spotless and large. Ciaran showed me to my room and was so helpful, professional and friendly I was really welcomed nicely. Meghan at breakfast was an absolute star - The picture of perfect hostessing. Nothing was too much trouble (and I am usually trouble - with many dietary requirements) and she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. I had the most delicious breakfast ever and watched Meghan work with obvious love for her job - she was so nice to everyone on the phone and in person and spoke to other staff in the kitchen and bar with such a lovely friendly attitude. What a credit to the Adam and Eve! The gardens were just gorgeous and I spoke to the lovely man (the owner's dad) who was looking after the outdoor areas with so much attention to detail and we chatted about the plants and I got some great tips. Looking forward to returning when we have the next race at Cadwell Park. Lovely lovely place.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Clean, convenient, staff were pleasant, breakfast was amazing. As the property was closed on new years morning there was a breakfast hamper made up for us. It was far more than we expected, fresh fruits, ham, cheese, fresh pastrys, cereals and fruit juice. So much effort was put in. We will be back.

Just that our stay wasnt longer.

Great pub, great b&b
Pros:

We have stayed at the Adam a few times now and it still has lovely clean comfortable bedrooms. With comfortable beds and a very good bathroom and shower.
I think the breakfast was really good, with lots of choices. You could also have a very good evening meal in the lovely pub.

Cons:

Everything was perfect for a one night stay.
