駐車場の件で気分を害されました。

いつもマツダスタジアム観戦時に宿泊させていただいてます。快適で綺麗な部屋でコンパクトにしているので申し分ないと思います。朝ご飯も美味しくいただきました。

Cons:

今回、今年に入り３度目の宿泊。前回は駐車場に問題なく空きもあり停める事が出来ました。今回も同じかな…と思ったら満車でした。フロントにホテル前の駐車場に2箇所程度空いてると思い確認をお願いしたところ、満車と言われました。提携しているホテルから徒歩数分の駐車場に停めてからフロントにチェックインもあり、また駐車場の券を出すために行くとちょうど駐車場の件で問い合わせている方がおられ、私は当然満車と言われると待って様子を伺っていると何と空いてるので、その方に停めても良いと話しているのを聞いて憤慨。すぐに可笑しいと言いました。しかしフロントの方は申し分けないの一点張り。私の方が早く来て停めれないのに、後から来た方が停めれるのは納得いきません。本当に気分が悪く雨も降り出してたので、本当にクレームと言っていいくらい、フロントに詰め寄りました。駐車場は予約出来ず早いもん勝ちなら、私の後の方は全員満車で停めれないはず。ご一考していただきたいです。

駐車場を出る時のQRコードがなかなか読見込めなくて出庫できなかったのでもう少しわかりやすかったらなと思った
シャワーの出したら上から水が出てきたのにはびっくりして普通の出し方がわからずあたふたしたのでもう少しわかりやすかったらよかったのに

Pros:

La gare n était pas très loin.

Cons:

Équipement très plastique. On est surpris par la salle de bain qui ressemble à une salle de bain qu on pourrait voir dans les camping car.
La chambre est très petite. Les prises et lumière sont que d un côte du lit , pas pratique quand on est deux.
Petit déjeuner pas très appétissant avec peu de choix.
Le personnel n est pas toujours souriant et selon sur qui on tombe cela peut être d une froideur glaciale. On a parfois l impression de les embêter.
