Pros:

日にちを１日間違えて予約完了してしまいましたが、すぐに電話して事情を説明したら本来キャンセルできないところを予約し直して返金手続きの対応をしてもらえたのが良かったです。

Cons:

チェックインして部屋に入ったらテレビの前に掃除用のスプレーが置きっぱなしになっていたのが残念でした。

Hotel in stile giapponese a due passi dalla stazione
Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione JR, con tanto di percorso pedonale dedicato che porta fino allo stadio. Camera piccola ma ordinata e pulita, in pieno stile giapponese. Buona la colazione, ovviamente tipica locale, quindi niente uova e pancetta. Ma se piace la cultura e il gusto giapponese, la colazione è davvero buona! L'hotel non è propriamente in centro, ma si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi tutto ciò che è degno di essere visitato. Riassumendo, un'ottima esperienza.

　残念
Pros:

　コーヒーをテイクアウトできるのが、嬉しかったです。

Cons:

　仕方ないのですが、新幹線の時間があり、朝食を食べることができませんでした。
　おいしいと伺っていたので、残念でした。もう30分早く頂けたならですが、勤務される方の時間もありますので、仕方ありません。

宿泊代にしては少し残念が多かった
Pros:

駐車場があり、自由に出入り出来た
部屋は清潔で静かに過ごせた
会員になったのでこれからホテル探しが安易になった

タオル類がごわごわしてるいると感じた
朝食場所が狭いと感じた
エレベーターの乗り方の口頭説明が欲しかった
清潔だったけれどシーツも少し固く匂った
