Great hotel, but those with sensitive backs, beware
Pros:

Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Location is great, about 8-10 min from Hiroshima Station, which means pretty much every possible type of transit is available there.

Cons:

The bed was so hard, felt like sleeping on a wood plank. It rained a lot during my stay, so I stayed the whole day inside, and the bed was really uncomfortable, so it really tainted my review for this hotel.
