Pros:

The location

Cons:

The power was off due to a storm. Staff didn’t inform us of the estimated time of restoration of power. Also, we had to take cold showers. As a person with a disability, I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs that was an inconvenience and hard on my body. No credits were given and no apologies. I will not be staying here again

This was a good place to lay our heads, last stop on a 3 week road trip.

Clean and safe, unlike the Courtyard property we had originally booked.

Pros:

Very beautiful property. The bar offered top tier service and the breakfast was amazing. I went during Christmas the decorations were absolutely stunning

Cons:

My sheets on my bed were torn. It was clearly visible so you can tell housekeeping was just too lazy to change them. This is a 5 star hotel, I would expect something like this from a motel.

Safe, clean and very friendly staff members
Pros:

Very safe. Circulating security patrol through parking lots! Room was quiet even on New Years Eve. Clean.

Cons:

Mattresses were horribly soft. Could not sleep. Sleep on firm mattress at home. Not a fan of the glass sliding door to the bathroom.

rooms are very very basic but comfortable. my room
was not super clean when I checked in (donut sprinkles and pieces on the floor and tiny sugary handprints on the windows. cute but not clean)
