Pros:

Complimenti agli ragazzi che lavorano alla reception. Sempre con il sorriso e molto disponibili. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Ottima la colazione

Bem localizado mas afastado da confusão de ksamil o que é algo positivo

Cons:

O wifi só funciona bem dentro do quarto mas não considero um problema
Também não é um problema mas acho que é algo que deveria ser melhorado é o pequeno-almoço, muito pouca variedade e qualidade média. Para uma estadia curta funciona mas muitos dias acaba por ser limitado
Mas volto a repetir, tudo coisas a melhorar e não pontos negativos

The hotel was very clean, well organized, and the rooms were simple but nice and comfortable. Having an iron available was also very useful. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially important during the hot weather. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Ksamil, which made it very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the hotel felt comfortable and well maintained.

Cons:

There was no trash bin in the room. The bathroom sometimes had an unpleasant sewage smell. Also, there is no elevator, and our room was on the top floor, so carrying luggage upstairs was a little inconvenient.

Sehr privat, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, bequemes Bett, Parkplatz, das Schwimmbad

Cons:

Das Badezimmer sehr unpraktisch und alles viel zu klein gebaut.
Das Frühstück ist zwar frisch und nett, die Spiegeleier werden aber vorher fertig gemacht und hingestellt, dadurch werden sie kalt und fad! Bei diesen Anzahl von Zimmern und Gästen kann man die frisch nach Anfrage machen.

Korralik ja puhas hotell ja ruum. Tasuta parkimine, kohti oli. Asukoht keskuses, ent põhi melust eemal.

Cons:

Bassein võiks olla õhtul kauem lahti ja vesi oli teiste hotellidega võrreldes hägune. Hommikusöögi valik võiks olla suurem ja erineda eri päevadel.

Cons:

Dezastru acest hotel. Nu merita stelele pe care pretinde ca le are. Incep prin a spune ca de cand am ajuns la hotel au fost neintelegeri. Proprietarul si fata de la receptie au vorbit foarte urat cu noi, parca ne certau pentru ceva ce de fapt era vina lor si responsabilitatea lor. Camerele sunt ok, curate, dar prosoapele toate sunt pătate sau rupte. Micul dejul este acelasi in fiecare zi, foarte sarac si monoton. Mentionez ca trebuie sa iti debarasezi tu masa dupa ce ai terminat de mancat. La piscina daca stai, trebuie sa iti duci tu prosopul de pe sezlong undeva pe terasa sa il lasi la gramada cu prosoape folosite. Bar nu au, dar poti sa ceri la receptie cafea sau suc contracost. Hartie igienica in camera trebuie sa ceri doamnelor de la curatenie pentru ca de multe ori uita sa puna alta la schimb. Un miros in baie de canalizare insuportabil. Total dezamagita !! Daca as putea oferi 0 stele as face-o. Nu merita aceasta cazare nici jumatate din banii pe care i-am platit. Aveti optiuni de 10 ori mai bune in Ksamil si la bani mai putini. Fiti atenti ce alegeti.

Très bon hôtel bien placé dans ksamil. On y dort très bien. Très bon pied à terre.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner qui change tous les jours. La piscine très chaude. La chambre, la qualité de la literie, personnel « familial ».

Cons:

La piscine ferme tôt et ouvre tard. Pas de services en plus de la piscine et le petit déjeuner.

Ens van donar l’habitació molt rapidament. Haviem arribat a les 8 del matí després de fer 4 llargues hores en cotxe des de Tirana i ens van permetre anar a descansar al moment, no vam haber d’esperar a les 11h com estava marcat.

Otrevligt bemötande av ägarna med tillkommande oförutsedda kostnader

Rekommenderar inte att bo där om ni inte är beredda för oförutsedda kostnader! Ägarna är giriga. De ville debitera oss 50 euro för en handduk som för det första hade gula fläckar när vi fick den till rummet. Så blev vår dotter sjuk och råkade kräkas delvis på den och då hävdade städerskan att den inte kommer bli ren. Vilket ledde till att de ansåg vi skulle betala alldeles för mycket pengar för en handduk. Blev ingen trevlig diskussion.
