I initially booked the deluxe room, which was too big for me so requested a smaller room, which Deniz at the reception kindly arranged. Room was clean and service from the staff was helpful and friendly. Deniz was exceptionally helpful. The spa staff and facility was also lovely and had a very nice massage.
The hotel looks a lot better on pictures. Our apartment room was missing robes; did not have the branded shampoo/conditioners pictured or the nicely staged rooms. Everything was a little bit beat up. The pool was closed; not clean;maybe due to off season. Staff was nice. I would not consider this a 5 star hotel, however.

It was amazing and very good treatment
We stayed at Wanda Vista for a night in 1 king bedroom apartment unit. The staff - front desk, baggage handler, breakfast crew - were friendly and attentive and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered some Asian options. The room was lovely and sizeable with kitchen - microwave, fridge and dishwasher - a couch, table and chairs in an eating/TV area separable from the bedroom by sliding doors, and a bathroom with rain shower and all-in-one washer/dryer. We plan on returning to this hotel, which was only 30 mıns from the Istanbul airport.

On arrival the hotel exterior is beautiful and was greeted by the hotel luggage staff. Yes, the room was delayed, however the manager on duty was exceptional she give us complimentary nibbles and drinks for the delay. Also, made my children feel welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend them.
Bed sheets coms out from the mattresses, shower water stays in the shower cabin and spreads to the floor of the shower room, we asked for fixing this problem but nobody reacted on this call, shower handle brocket is Brocken loose. Mirror lights is not working.

Good hotel to stay
I loved it, very friendly and professional staff, from semih to Burgo, Denise is wonderful gave me exact clear instructions on how to use the metro stations, Alaattin is also Awesome. Thank you for the decency in the price, service and all amenities. I will definitely Stay here in the future. Loved it. Great job management.

A long distance from the airport and to the centre of Istanbul. The stay is a long way from most attractions.
