We liked the beautiful pool area! That‘s really a big plus in this hotel.
The room was so small that we weren‘t able to put our stuff in this tiny wardrobe and so we hat to jump over our suitcases the whole time. Def not very comfy.
Also I would like to mention that the amount of cameras in this hotel was almost unsettling. We understand the importance of security, bit with the cameras in almost every corner, we constantly felt like we were being watched!

Ar condicionado, não gelava a noite, somente dia . ( 2 suites 106 e 104) Período muito quente na cidade . Não tinha lençol, só capa de edredom e o tecido não era algodão .
The pool was lovely and the staff amazing especially Emanuel at reception was so polite and welcoming and also the receptionist at 6am who fetched me coffee before by early flight .

The water provided in bedroom tasted very bad and the lady serving at the pool bar was quite rude at times.
Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Už při příjezdu na mě udělal dojem nádherně napsaná kartička s číslem pokoje, která působila velmi osobně a mile. Recepční byli po celou dobu pobytu nesmírně ochotní a nápomocní. Pokoj byl krásný, čistý a ve skutečnosti vypadal ještě lépe než na fotografiích. V celém hotelu navíc nádherně vonělo, což ještě umocňovalo příjemnou atmosféru. Skvělá byla také bazénová část, kde nás potěšila i návštěva ptáčků, kteří se občas přiletěli osvěžit. Příjemným překvapením byl i minibar s pečlivě vybraným sortimentem místo běžných komerčních snacků. Pobyt jsme si navíc moc užili i s miminkem, cítili jsme se zde velmi komfortně a vítaně.
Nemáme nic, co bychom hotelu vytkli. Náš pobyt byl po všech stránkách skvělý.
Breakfast was outstanding. Bed was super comfy. Most staff were very kind and helpful.
Dead mosquitos in window sill. We had to ask for a towel by the pool as there weren't any left in the afternoon and the lady working the bar was noticeably annoyed we had asked and said it was going to be a while. My partner was already in the pool and we had to wait about 20-30 minutes for her to bring towels. I understand she was likely busy, but being met with a quick apology and kindness goes a long way. This type of service (or lack of) is not what I would expect for a 5 star hotel - this kind of ruined the whole hotel stay to be honest - it put a bad taste in our mouth that we paid more for exceptional service and received the opposite. We felt like a nuisance rather than a guest. Additionally, we were told that since an espresso machine/water kettle was not provided in our room, we could get coffee/tea whenever included in our stay. At checkout, after looking at the invoice, we found we were charged for these. If I hadn't gotten an invoice, I wouldn't have known. I am still waiting on my refund for this - the hotel did acknowledge this was an error. I would probably try a different 5 star hotel for our next stay, as this one fell short of our expectations.
