Alles perfekt - Ruheoase inmitten von Palma, super Frühstücksbuffet, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und Getränke nach Wahl wurden serviert - kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Sehr schönes Hotel und alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage war sehr gut. Es ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Zimmer waren ausserordentlich sauber. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel sofort weiter.

Non mi e’ piaciuto il prezzo altissimo per una stanza piccolissima dove non avevo neanche un tavolino per appoggiare le cose … non soddisfatta per niente !!!
Struttura molto bella, curata e silenziosa pur essendo molto vicina al centro. Zona piscina e relax non troppo grande ma molto carina. Camere ampie e luminose. Colazione ottima: ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Unica pecca.. facendo la doccia usciva l’acqua creando un piccolo allagamento nel bagno..

Location was fantastic; no more than 10 min walk from all the major sights, shopping and excellent bars and restaurants to suit all tastes
The plunge pool and sun lounge area was a bonus to cool off after a day in town. It’s built right next to an old church so feels unique and historic. It’s a wonderful space where you can grab a coffee or cocktail to relax..perhaps not one for a sunbathing holiday but we still managed a few hours on of vitamin D on arrival!
Breakfast was included and there was a huge continental spread along with fresh fruit juices, excellent coffee and even an option of an early morning cava. A selection of freshly made eggs to order along with a wide range of extras like bacon and avo was also included which we found surprising and was another added bonus.
Only one note of improvement; service at the pool was a little sporadic and could easily be rectified with a QR code ordering system. A menu would also be useful. Can highly recommend their Canonita spritz. A local drink which is much better than an Aperol.
Beautifully designed hotel as you would expect from Nobis. Central location, easy walk to centre, shopping, attractions, bars and restaurants. Our room was on the small side but very comfortable and loved the design. The pool and terrace are gorgeous, although the food and drink service was lacking. Overall a lovely stay, central but very quiet. Would go back again.
Service at the pool/terrace. I know it's technically 'off season' but if there are guests at the pool/terrace then staff should be checking in at intervals to see if we need anything. It didn't kill us to have to go to the bar/restaurant to order food/drinks, it's not far! but it's not what I'd expect from a 5 star hotel. In fairness we loved everything else about this property and in general the staff were excellent.
