Great location.

Very convenient location, very good breakfast, but a bit expensive, good swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi.
We have stayed for 6 days, no changes of towels, bedding or hoovering, it was a little bit disappointing. Not enough parking spaces
Staff very welcoming and smiling

The hotel is very nice and just in the main street walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall it is a comfortable stay. Our room was on the 2nd floor and faces the mountains, however the door to the balcony was spoiled on the 2nd day and we could not open it.
The first night was quiet but we could hear people talking on the 2nd night. But as we were very tired, we fell asleep.
The location was very ideal, at the heart of Krupowki. If we come back again, we will stay here but at a higher floor.

Very nice hotel, in excellent area!, delicious breakfast but quite expensive, and starting only at 7:30 (so if you need to leave early not enough time to enjoy). The hotel offers pool and sauna service ( but you need to pay for bathrobe) It doesn’t make sense who is travelling with your own bathrobe ). I understand to pay deposit and when you return you get your money back, but no, we need to pay! Other than that everything was great 😊

The hotel is really a nice little place. The staff was excellent, it was very clean and comfortable. Only 1 complaint, NO A/C! E were fortunate it was a cool couple of nights and we could keep the door open to the balcony if not, it would have been miserable.

Pros - good location just off Main Street, good swimming pool, spa, sauna area, good size rooms
Cons - no welcome drink as suggested by Expedia as included, walls thin and can hear guests next door , house keeping infrequent and when it does happen towels are not changed, sofa bed uncomfortable

Overall the location of the hotel is perfect if you like to spend a night or two in order to explore the town and surrounding areas.

I mean, okay it’s only a 3 star hotel and it does have a pool (which was good) but the staff are rude and the overall vibe of the hotel is poor for the price. The breakfast is charged at 40zl per person and is nothing special. I had to force 2 fried eggs out of them. I chose to pay at property with local currency, however they went ahead and charged the card that was attached to my hotels.com account without permission. This has resulted in excess feees and a poor exchange rate. This practice needs to stop immediately. The hairdryer in the room didn’t work and there was only one additional one at reception. Overall it’s not a terrible hotel, just the attitudes from reception and at breakfast make me make it low.
