Desilución y frustración un

La atención del personal

Cons:

La habitación era muy calurosa y no tenía aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador que estaba muy sucio y no refrescaba en absoluto. La ducha se tapaba después de cada uso, lo que resultaba bastante incómodo. Además, había enchufes en el respaldo de la cama, lo que me pareció inseguro y peligroso. La vista desde la habitación era muy mala. Al llegar, tuvimos que pedir el cambio de toallas porque estaban sucias. En general, la experiencia no fue satisfactoria.

Comodidad a un buen precio
Pros:

El hotel es cómodo, el desayuno es bueno, personal muy amable y siempre disponible, las habitaciones con un espacio adecuado, camas cómodas, se duerme muy bien, la terraza es un plus, muy linda vista y amplia.

Cons:

Como sugerencia podrían mejorar el café, disponer de café en grano para el desayuno, pero en general todo muy bien.

Pros:

El personale es muy amable, la gente es atenta, el desayuno es un lugar muy bonito. Mi pareja es diabetica y ellos fueron muy atentos en facilitarnos en refigerar la insulina, así como también fueron atentos a nuestra llegada, previamente nos contactaron y nos asistieron para llegar seguros desde el aeropuerto.

Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet.

Cons:

Das Apartment hatten wir bereits zwei Monate im Voraus gebucht. Wenige Tage vorher hat uns das Hotel zur Stornierung gedrängt. Auf Nachfrage hin hiess es, das das Apartment nicht zur Verfügung stände und wir doch bitte stornieren sollten. Aktiv wollte das Hotel wohl nicht stornieren. Letztlich haben wir mangels Alternative storniert und mussten in der Kürze der Zeit ein deutlich teureres Hotel wählen.

Pros:

El hotel es cómodo y todo el personal fue muy amable. El desayuno muy rico. Sin duda volvería.

Cons:

Todo muy bien, solo que los camiones que pasaban por la calle hacían mucho ruido, aunque ello no es responsabilidad del hotel.
