NO ES HOTEL NO TIENE HABITACIONES APTAS

Solo puedo puntuar positivamente a la persona quien nos recibio, el fue muy amable y la sra del desayuno. Lo demas un desastre. DEJE RECLAMO EN SERNAC EATOY HACIENDO EL PROCESO DE DEVOLUCION

No dormimos en toda la noche porque la “habitción” no tiene aislacion ACUSTICA, termica ni luminica. Se escucha el ruido de los camiones no como del motor si no de todo el estruendoSabanas y colchones de muy mala calidad. Limpieza deficiente.
