La atención por sobre todo ya que las primeras personas que me atendieron en recepción, a pesar de que pregunté y me dijieron que si, posterior a eso me dejaron sin 1 desayuno. Ósea me estafaron por qué a ellas se les ocurrió. Diciendo que en todos los hoteles funcionaban así. Cuando e viajado por muchos países y en Chile y jamás me habían negado la opción o quedarse con la plata por que al final ellas cobran 6.000 por desayuno podrían haberme descontado o la otro opción que les di de entregarme el día lunes pero ninguna opción fue viable para ellas.
