La terraza donde se podia comer y estar en la noche

La habitación demasiado pequeña y muy calurosa el ventilador que estaba no lograba cumplir con el objetivo de tener mas fresca la pieza, aparte que la cama tenia como un plastico en el colchón que hacia que fuera incómodo y muy ruidosa la cama

the room was small, no air conditioning but extremely clean. nice breakfast. it is in front of a kind of train falilities ground. a little run down area BUT a short drive from the city center and 200 meters from a court with food trucks and 400 meters from the beach with good restaurants and bars very busy in the evening and night. excellent value for money if you are on a budget or arriving late. the hotel gave us the info to sort our transfer from the airport. the staff is extremely helpul

The location to the beach was good, the males staff was attentive and kind

Cons:

The females staff were rather always unhappy and very very noisy during the morning. Also walked around with loud music while cleaning the rooms. Interrupting the peace of the guests .

Que nos prestaron el convertidor de electricidad para cargador.

Cons:

La habitación era más estrecha que lo que se veía en la foto. El monto reservado era en bolivianos y me cobraron en pesos chilenos a un tipo de cambio mayor

Cumplió mi expectativa.
Pros:

No desayuné debido a que tuve salir más temprano que la hora en que se comienza el servicio de desayuno pero eso fue por mi trabajo.
Muy buena atención en recepción y también del personal de servicio.
Muy agradable y tranquilo el ambiente

la limpieza estaba muy bien, baño limpio y buena presion de agua

Varias veces no me dejaron toallas tube que solicitarlas, nada malo. Un dia no me dejaron papel higenico y yo tenia y no quise molestar, el desayudo podria ser mas variado, ademas varias veces no pusieron lo que correspondia y si no lo pides no lo traen, senti como que no lo querian poner o algo raro. La leche no te dicen que tienen, tienes que pedir, no reponen con frecuencia los liquidos (agua y Jugo) y se entiende, si solo es una persona que atiende para todos. Y POR FAVOR, PONGAN AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Las habitaciones con el unico ventilador no aguanta en febrero que fui yo, el estacionamiento es sobre la vereda lo cual hace que cualquiera se moleste al pasar y raye tu vehiculo y que te pongan una multa por estar estacionado sobre la vereda. En otros lados tienen estacionamiento cerca y te pasan llaves o te habren a distancia. Los enchufen en mi habitacion estan donde uno pone la almoada, por ende los doblas o los desconectas. La caja fuerte no estaba anclada y no funcionaba, yo suelo usarlas por cosas que llevo (no de gran valor) pero que no me gusta dejar en la habitacion a simple vista, cuando salgo y entran hacer el aseo. Faltan tarjetas para poner en la puerta de no molestar o indicar que se nesecita aseo. Si su descripcion fuese de un HOSTAL estaria bien y no escribiria todo lo que escribi, pero ellos se denominan HOTEL. (ojo con eso)
