excelente servicio
Pros:

el personal super amable! No pude hacer el check in antes pero me permitieron dejar las maletas al ingreso y a la salida.

Solo destacó el desayuno

Cons:

Mala experiencia, la habitación era incómoda: baño muy pequeño, ducha poco funcional, exceso de calor (solo un ventilador pequeño) y mucho ruido externo, lo que dificultaba el descanso.

Lo más grave fue el cobro de una toalla por una mancha que, según me indicaron, no salía sin previo intento por quitarla. Me vi obligada a pagarla, al limpiarla en casa con los productos adecuados, la mancha sí salió, por lo que considero injusto el cobro.

Como punto positivo, solo destaco el desayuno

La terraza donde se podia comer y estar en la noche

Cons:

La habitación demasiado pequeña y muy calurosa el ventilador que estaba no lograba cumplir con el objetivo de tener mas fresca la pieza, aparte que la cama tenia como un plastico en el colchón que hacia que fuera incómodo y muy ruidosa la cama

the room was small, no air conditioning but extremely clean. nice breakfast. it is in front of a kind of train falilities ground. a little run down area BUT a short drive from the city center and 200 meters from a court with food trucks and 400 meters from the beach with good restaurants and bars very busy in the evening and night. excellent value for money if you are on a budget or arriving late. the hotel gave us the info to sort our transfer from the airport. the staff is extremely helpul
