Pros:

In our 8 nights of stay nothing stood out in particular when compared to the places we usually book

Cons:

Extremely stingy hotel, has too many inconvenient and greedy policies. They make asking for a toilet paper roll or two a hassle and insist that you should finish all the rolls to come back down to ask for more in the middle of the night. They simply try to find new excuses everyday to not give you necessities needed in a hotel room. When we asked them about these policies, a female hotel staff responded with a lot of attitude :(
Not worth the hassle. Rooms had a lot of dust.

Lovely place, nice personnel
Pros:

The apartment was nice (modern and complete) and very centrally located. Personnel was super friendly and helpful.
We had a lovely time here

Cons:

It was a bit noisy from airco and train (after learning how to use the airco better it was less noisy)
Cleaning behind and besides the beds could be a little better

部屋が綺麗で、５人家族で滞在して不満無く宿泊できました。

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Place was clean and beds were comfy. Washing machine was convenient. Lighting was welcoming. Duckie sponges were a nice touch for the kids. Location was central in Ueno, which is great, lotsa food options nearby.

Cons:

Gap behind washing machine was too big, we think we dropped something but wasn’t sure. The bunk bed railings were too short and we think it is abit dangerous for anyone to sleep so high up with such short railings. Can have more space to put luggage and clothes.

Amazing
Pros:

It felt like home. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean and has garbage services everyday. Got washing machine so we can easily wash our clothes without searching for laundry store. Bonus point is easily accessible with okachimachi station and ueno station. Near ameyoko street which is just walking distance. Cant get enough of this place 😍
