Very wonderful and pleasant stay
Pros:

First time in Japan and enjoyed our stay at this hotel .Very spacious appartment for Japanese standard located close to Okachimachi (Yamato line) and Ginza line.Close to shopping district.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location, very close to the stations and lots of food options in the area. Rooms were very comfortable and a good size for a family of 4. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great having a washing machine and dryer in one.

Cons:

Nothing we didnt like. We would book again if we came back to Japan

Pros:

Check in was rather late in the day 3pm and we left our luggage there at 2pm as we weren’t able to check in early and we went to Ameyoko street which was 6 mins walk. When we arrived back they nicely had arranged for our bags to be in our room. Room was good. Had a double and single bed and then 3 Japanese beds for a family of 5.

Cons:

I was annoyed at the 3 pm check in and 10am check out. This is annoying when hotels do this. I feel 1pm check in to 10am is ok. 3pm check in should be a 12 pm check out. Hotel charges to check in even an hour early it was 25% extra or a late check out for every 2 hours is 25%. Expensive for 1 day stay. The elevator code and then the room code isn’t user friendly sorry. They hand you a little paper receipt with both codes on it and then require you to hand the receipt back during check out. Just a step that’s annoying m.

Great Location
Pros:

Great proximity to the train station (opposite train station and wasn’t loud next to the tracks) and all main attractions. Clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

Confusing booking system when it states ‘children under 6 stay for free’. Even though there are 2 single beds and a bunk bed in the room and photos will reflect this including your booking description, they will charge you extra for children (equivalent to an adult) to utilise the bunk bed and provide bedding for it.

Perfect mattress for my preferences. easy to request help for things e.g. additional laundry detergent or toothbrush/toothpaste. Cleaning only every 3 days which included replacing 3 days worth of towels all at once. Nice sized bath even for someone a bit larger in size. 2 options for shower heads and basic appliances provided.

Great location but proccesses must improve
Pros:

Everything was perfect and comfortable, location is a blast closed to public transportation and the lively Akihabara.

Cons:

Check in and out strict rules are unacceptable, especially when traveling with young children.
We arrived to the hotel around 2PM with bento boxes for lunch, but we were told that we cant enter the room until 3PM, the room was ready with our luggage in it, but still we were told to sit on a small bench and eat in the lobby until 3PM.
The kids had a very difficult time and cried, but the staff didn’t care.
Check out is the same, you need to check out at 10AM sharp, otherwise they will charge you full nightly rate.
