The staff was rude
The beds were comfortable
They did have a washers and dryers to access more than one guest at a time.
It was a cook your own meals with no pots,pans ,skillets,plates,bowls,glasses,cups, coffee maker,not even an ice bucket or ice machine. All you got was a microwave stove and refrigerator.
We had it reserved for a family of four with only two towels and two washcloths. We had to ask for two more. We ended up going out for most all our meals except for doughnuts and milk we brought in.
People were out side our room outside the window being extremely loud every night until after midnight. They were right outside our window and the cigarette smoke would drift up into our smoke free room.
Staff was unhelpful and rude
Close to Six Flags
There were 3 families waiting in the lobby for over an hour trying to check-in. There was nobody there working or answering the phone. All 3 of our families ended up leaving to either sleep in our cars or find another hotel.

No front area staff, no phones in the room to call the front desk.

Found random hairs in both rooms and there was a sticky spot by one of the beds that wasn't cleaned properly so overall the cleanliness
When we arrived to check in, the agent said that the booking was cancelled. Also had to wait 10 minutes for check-in agent to show up.
I didnt stay there because they canceled my reservations without notice.
That's they canceled and didnt notify me at all about it. I found this out when I was trying to check in.
Location
Room was dirty. No shower curtain. It was like a half way house. People hanging outside smoking and drinking. Only seen the front desk lady at check in and they no workers to be found.
Bed was uncomfortable staff was rude , toliet clogged, no breakfast or coffee, doors were broken had to walk to back door to get inside.
I reserved a room and the day of they said they had no rooms left, even though I paid already
They didn't offer any recommendations of any sort to rectify the situation. I was at 6 flags when they called. They couldn't even hold our bags until check in while we went to the park.

The hotel staff is very friendly and able to help me through my process during the time the hotel was very cleanliness. However, the van at the front desk was exceptionally good and deserves a raise.
It wasn’t very kindly. I did hear talk about roaches. I don’t wanna talk bad about any property however it wouldn’t be somewhere where my wife wanted to stay.
