Parfait.
Pros:

J’ai tout apprécié : la chambre avec sa terrasse, le professionnalisme du personnel aussi bien l’équipe du matin que celle du soir, ainsi que la salle de sport et la piscine.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter et choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, c’est le seul axe d’amélioration à faire sincèrement.

My second time staying here I do love this hotel the staff is excellent

Pros:

Breakfast was extra they had nice staff but the man took advantage of the situation by charging me $100 more.

Essen gut, Personal ist Freundlich wenn sie den wollen. Preise sind überzogen.

Cons:

Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung habe ich bis heute keine Rechnung für meinen Aufenthalt erhalten. An der Rezeption wurde ich immer wieder hingehalten, eine Lösung gab es weder vor Ort noch über Booking.com. Dieses Verhalten wirkt unseriös.
Außerdem stimmt der Betrag, der meiner Kreditkarte belastet wurde, nicht mit dem vereinbarten Übernachtungspreis überein. Ich kann diesen Aufenthalt daher nicht empfehlen.

For the price I paid I expect a pristine room.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.
The bed was great. The facilities and staff were great.

Cons:

Our room had stains and dirt on the walls and some of the wallpaper was peeling. Caulking around shower was dirty looking. And there was a strong odour of some kind of spray or disinfectant.
