Kasa Delray Beach South Florida

The initial "precheckin" was a frustrating anxiety producing experience. It was a " non human", technology nightmare. After an hour and a half of following unsuccessful pre checkin instructions using
my smart phone, i finally succeded. Then I find out we were booked a 2nd floor unit without an elevator. Then, they wouldn't allow me to cancel my reservations. After protesting, we were given a 1st floor unit. We finally had success finding the apartment, which was comfortable and furnished well, but before bed, my husband and i looked at the bottoms of our feet only to discover that they were black with dirt. Its been 24 hours since i returned home and I'm still calming down from this lodging experience. Someone in the company sent me a $40 gift certificate to assuage our frustration, but it didnt erase the emotional drain.

A lovely place to stay. Kasa Delray is not ADA/ Handicap compliant. I thought this was against the law

Perfect spot for a trip to Delray. Pool was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked - I would have preferred an actual coffee maker vs a Keurig but that’s just me. I loved the options for early check in and late check out. Website was very informative.

It was perfect, spacious, clean & well stocked.

The grounds are beautiful. The apartment itself is great. Set up is wonderful. You have everything you need: pots, pans, plates, cooking utensils, eating utensils, salt, pepper, oil, tea bags and coffee pods for the kuerig, toaster, microwave, laundry detergent.

My only issue is the cleaning. The pans had food stuck to them, the dining room had a worm crawling around, in the bathroom there were random hairs on the walls and towels and a squished bug in the top corner of the room. Then there were dead bugs on the floors every day and one day even a large dying roach. We never left the doors open and never opened any windows and somehow there were new dead bugs on the floors and mosquitoes flying in the apartment.

Also they charge you for late checkout, even an hour.

Very clean, safe neighborhood. Pool was good. Only parking was always busy at evening so we had to park a little bit far from the apartment. Overall had good experiences

Close to visiting our family and we r very familiar with area. Very clean great communication very comfortable ..a few pointers to suggest.

Bright clean well equipped unit. We were on the third floor but doable for senior citizens. Husband was appointed we couldn’t get CNN and/or MSNBC on Samsung TV, it’s ok we were on vacation. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Kasa next time we visit the area.

Small, well-equipped, very clean and comfortable apartment. 10 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

This was a very clean, well stocked with all you need. Directions were very thorough. I only wish the advertising told you it is in an apartment complex. It is advertised as if it is a resort. I would stay there again to visit my family there, but for a beach vacation, I would stay closer to the coast. But this is a great, affordable option.

I was surprised at the condition of the apartment, given the reviews I read. It wasn’t clean. There were dust bunnies everywhere. Yellow stains under the toilet. Peeling paint in the bathtub and on the tub wall tiles. The blinds were broken. It was disappointing.

Review for Kasa Stay: Avoid at All Costs

I would strongly advise against staying at Kasa. The property operates with no on-site staff, meaning you’re entirely on your own if any issues arise. The only support available is through an automated text line or a call center, where the receptionists are clearly in a different time zone and unable to provide real-time assistance.

My check-in experience was a nightmare. I was initially told I could check in at 2:00 PM, but when I arrived, the unit was locked. After contacting support, I was informed the unit wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be available until 4:00 PM. At 4:00, I called again, only to be told I had been reassigned to a different unit that wouldn’t be ready until 6:00 PM. I ended up sitting outside for three hours, constantly calling their hotline, just to access the room I had already paid for.

Once inside, the accommodations were decent, but I found a dirty towel in the bathtub, which speaks to their lack of attention to cleanliness.

Ultimately, the hassle of checking in, the lack of real support, and the possibility of being stranded for hours make this place not worth it. If you’re not willing to call customer service repeatedly and fight for basic service, you could be left waiting indefinitely. Two thumbs down—look elsewhere.

Lovely clean place. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Pleased to see coffee, tea, sugar/creamer offered. Well-supplied with towels, bath and laundry soap, toilet paper and garbage bags. Great location and amenities. Would return without hesitation!

I was expecting a hotel room, but got a brand new apartment. It was clean and spacious,, and fully equipped. I would certainly stay here again.

Getting to the unit was difficult but other than that everything was great

This was my second time staying at this property. The first time was good. This time the mstr bathroom had not been cleaned and it smelled like mold under the sink, as did the blow dryer that was under the sink. I reached out to let them know and used the other bathroom in the apartment to shower. I asked for another blow dryer and waited over an hour and half, and then had to leave. While they have customer service that responds quickly by chat messaging, the rep couldn’t tell me how long before someone would bring a new blow dryer. It was in the apartment when I came back that evening, but I had to go out in 40 degree weather (Jan) with wet hair.

Really enjoyed being there!!

Good location a few miles west of downtown Delray Beach close to Jog Rd with lots of restaurants located nearby. Also Publix CVS and Walgreens all within minutes of the property. These apartment style living was perfect for an extended stay and furnished everything you need to cook or make coffee. We had a couple of minor issues but maintenance was able to fix them in a speedy manner. I would the property the property be a little more friendly for people with mobility issues mainly higher toilets and safer bathtubs but it doesn’t claim in any form or fashion that it’s a property for people with disabilities. However they did accommodate my request for a unit on the bottom floor and if you have walkers or wheelchairs it works perfectly for that. Also I liked keyless entry throughout the property. Just put in your code and it will get you into everything. The pool is beautiful as is the property. One last thing is Kasa Delray isn’t marked on the sign out front that says Oasis Apartments so it could be a little deceiving. I would certainly stay again.
We had a one bedroom one bath which was perfect for 2 people but does come with a sleeper sofa. The tv is a big screen with a ton of channels that are streamed but no antenna that will get any of the local or national channels. You can stream lots of news and movie channels along with Netflix and a few others. King bed was adequate and the bedroom has a big closet. Also a big screen tv is located in the bedroom as well. 👍👍
