Shuttle Schedule:
1st Trip: 9:30 AM
2nd Trip: 2:30 PM
3rd Trip: 5:00 PM
4th Trip: 8:00 PM
Guests are required to reserve their seats through the Front Office at least one (1) day in advance. Reservations are subject to seat availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great hotel & location.
The room is clean with basic facilities.
Basic local food served as buffet breakfast.
Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Siva at the reception counter.

Cons:

One minus point is the bathroom towel. Its shaby and torn at the edge.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The location with easy access to Bukit Mertajam town center for local food and also to other destination which is close to the highway. The 2 room-apartment that we stayed comes with washing machine makes you feel like home. The pool is located at level 39 with panoramic view, the pool is open from 6am-10pm. we swam everyday throughout our 2 night-stay.

Cons:

Difficult to find breakfast within walking distance.
