It is clean and facilities are good.
1)Checkin is very slow and should be improved. I had already pre-checked in but I was forced to wait 15 minutes in the queue with just only 1 other guest ahead of me in the queue.
2)The long wait for the lift. The building has 39 floors but only has 2 lifts operating.
3)Instructions on where to park was not provided earlier to guests before arrival.

We can utilise part of the breakfast room for the small discussion during off peak.
Breakfast was insufficient during my stay. My room was not included breakfast but I wanted to walked in and pay for it. But it was too crowd and not much of the choices was left.
The room is spacious. Clean and comfortable.
The lifts were wet due to people from the swimming pool.

Nice location. There’s a lot shops and cafe nearby. The room is so spacious and clean and smell so good. The facilities is so excellent including the parking. Definitely will repeat again because worth the money and i like two bedrooms in one unit for my family .
The staff not really friendly and informative especially when i check in . I had to ask all the basic things like where the pool where the gym and restaurant for breakfast. Had to improve it.
Loved the spacious room, great location, and super comfortable bed. Made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable 😊
The breakfast variety was ok but could be improved. The rooftop pool was nice, though accessing it required climbing one floor up.
I really enjoyed staying at Citadines Prai Penang. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious, modern, and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and well-equipped with plenty of soap and shampoo.
I would also like to compliment the excellent management and friendly staff. They kindly allowed us to check out at 2 PM without any extra charges because I needed to wait for my son, who was visiting his friend and could not return to the hotel by 12 PM. In addition, my son accidentally broke the sink handle, but the hotel management handled the situation very professionally and did not charge us. We truly appreciated their kindness and understanding.
The only thing I did not like was that the hotel did not provide large-sized towels.
