I like the location. Easy for me to continue my journey. It's clean and comfortable. I need a good rest.

Sy suka dgn keadaan bilik yg kemas & bersih. Bilik luas & selesa. Peti ais & mini dapur yg bersih

Cons:

1. Tuala yg masih ada bekas kotoran & ada koyakan
2. Air shower yg kurang pressure
3. Sarapan pagi yang tidak menyelerakan & kurang variety.

Lacking and incomplete set up
Pros:

The brand Citadines itself promised good quality interior and kitchen set up. The toilottries with the brand Ink and water is superb. Bathroom good. Bed and pillow clean. Towel smell good.

Cons:

Dustbin smell durian. We booked three rooms. Some don't have lotion. No toothbrush set. Without double check we don't even know what is lacking. House keeping lacking of SOP. Shd check before presentimg to guest. We order twin bed. But they set up double bed. So need to re do. Bath gel also empty. Need to call
