Travel Lodge has always been a great place to stay in my past experience. It’s not as good now.
Pros:

Location was good close to train station. The room was clean . It was quiet through the night.
The view was good. The staff on arrival was nice. The liquid soap and the moisturiser provided were good.

Cons:

I don’t like sleeping with the air conditioner on but I had to because the room had a Oder without it
The towels provided were thin and old. The tea tasted awful. No shower cap provided and only 3 tissues left in tissue box . The bed wasn’t great . Admin staff were the same staff that served in the tiny cafe in entrance.
No staff at front dest when I was leaving .
