El staff fue súper amable e hicieron que disfrutara aún más mi estancia ahí

We were threatened by the management with "eviction" simply because we complained a broken fridge.
Pros:

downstair staff is polite and trying to be helpful. Especially the middle-age gentleman.

Cons:

The fridge was broken the first day, we complained. Yet our noodles froze and our ice cream melted. The following day, the facility wanted us to move out, saying we are "difficult customers." My daughter had surgery and couldn't. We felt so threatened. It is a very rude and unprofessional management. Everybody should stay away from them if you have other choices.

Aseo bien, muebles cómodos, mal internet, mal desayuno
Pros:

La limpieza muy bien, sugiero q en el área de la cocina haya jabón y esponja para la limpieza de los platos y resto de utensilios

Cons:

El internet falla bastante, el guardia mala actitud, informé q el internet no servía y él refirió ser solo el guardia y él no podía solucionarlo, el desayuno, incompleto, no hay huevos, la única proteína q brindan es el jamón y el queso, después del check out solicité guardaequipaje, no tienen, mis maletas se quedaron junto a la recepción todo el día pese a q el guardia dijo q si las iban a guardar

Un lugar cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Estaba muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones eran amplias y el personal era realmente muy amable y preocupados de lo que uno necesitara

Muy amable el encargado de recepción, super atento y agradable la verdad es muy ameno el ambiente y es muy responsable

Cons:

Durante las noches se percibe mucho ruido y sobre todo si hay evento en el WTC ya que se escuchaban borrachos gritando, no hay alguna forma de disminuir la entrada de ruido

Excelente ubicación, solo un par de cosas por mejorar

El staff era muy amable
Lo grande que es la habitación
Al frente hay un sears para comprar lo que necesites
Al frente y al lado hay variedad de restaurantes
La zona se siente muy segura

Cons:

El desayuno es muy pequeño, en una bandeja ponen pan, jamón, lechuga y tomate para hacer un sándwich y al lado dejan la caferera y leche, pero no hay manera de tener huevos o algo más fresquito. También hay una oportunidad de mejora la limpieza del baño, ya que el vidrio que divide la ducha del baño y la manija de la ducha estaban sucios, se notaba que hace un buen tiempo no se lavaba la ducha. Por último, sería importante validar si las ventanas están bien selladas, ya que se sentía mucho frío en el apartamento.

Lo único que pediría es un espejo de cuerpo entero. Y una cortina en la recámara gruesa que tape la claridad.

Es una gran opción.
Pros:

El lugar está muy bien cuidado, todo está muy limpio y muy cómodo, además el personal es muy amable y tienen un tiempo de respuesta muy rápido. Además el lugar está muy bien ubicado.
Como un extra, en la zona hay suites donde aparentemente rentas la suite pero al final solo es una sola habitación, aquí en Aura es efectivamente la suite completa para ti.

Cons:

Realmente no tengo comentarios para mejorar su servicio todo estuvo excelente.

Great staff and very comfortable apartment!
