Pros:

Приезжали с друзьями в Турцию, в Стамбул и очень хотели посмотреть старый город. Жили до того, в других отелях. В этом - очень учтивый и предупредительный, интеллигентный хозяин, с прекрасным английским.

Нас было 9 человек, парни и девушки, нашли в отеле удобные варианты размещения. Нам легко помогли с необходимым количеством одноместных кроватей.

Номера чистые и удобные, расположение отеля прекрасное. Доступная цена и отличный интернет. Рядом дешёвый супермаркет, несколько кафешек и остальное. На крыше небольшая терраса с красивым и интересным видом... В общем, за эту цену - отлично!! Благодарю. Думаю, я ещё вернусь.

Pros:

Отличная терраса на крыше, где можно пировать с принесенной едой, и много локанд - дешевых столовок. Можно пешком дойти до египетского базара. Рядом паромная станция и метро.

Cons:

Райончик грязный и бедноватый. Комнаты тесненькие. Окно в комнате - условное. Персонал с особенностями: я просил дополнительное одеяло, мне его пусть и не сразу, но дали, однако категорически не хотели давать к нему пододеяльник. Мол, да что ты, спи так, оно же почти новое! В итоге зашел в незаселенную комнату и взял одеяло с пододеяльником с кровати.

Excellent and friendly
Pros:

A little difficult to find along the side streets, however locals were happy to help locate. Upon arrival we were greeted by the Owner Adnan, who was so welcoming & happy to help with every little detail. After check in to our spacious room, Adnan took us around the local area to find food. We found a shop that roasts chicken everyday & potatoes, it was so delicious it became our Evening meal each day! TK 150 for 1 whole roasted chicken with 4 potatoes, onions and all the spices! We cannot recommend this hotel enough if someone’s looking for affordable accommodation with a friendly host, in the heart of Istanbul only minutes away from the Train. On our last Day after checking out Adan let us use the reception area whilst waiting for our Taxi & surprised us with a traditional cup of Turkish Coffee on the house! Thank you Adnan for Making our Stay extra Special. May your future be blessed & prosperous. From the Davies Family. ☕️

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 4 persone.
La porta della camera quadrupla era esattamente dietro la reception e la camera era priva di finestre. Ci è stata proposta un' alternativa tripla ai piani superiori e nonostante il disagio di avere un posto letto in meno ci è stato richiesto il pagamento aggiuntivo cash di 30 euro. Dovrebbero essere più onesti nelle foto e nell'annuncio dovrebbero spiegare meglio le condizioni della camera quadrupla, soprattutto l'assenza di finestre. Aggiungo da quello che leggo che questo giochino della proposta di cambio con l'aggiunta di cash avviene in modo ricorrente.
