有意義な時間が過ごせた
Pros:

アメニティなどが充実しており非常に良かった。２日の連泊でしたが、補充もされており嬉しかった
スタッフの方も親切に対応を頂き、分かりやすい説明で良かったです
挨拶も笑顔で出迎えとお見送りを頂き気持ちよかったです
また利用したいと思えた

Cons:

昨日のロビーでの待ち時間で、団体の方が道を塞いでおり通行や会話の妨げも違和感を感じました
もう少し配慮があってもよかったのではと感じた
また、海外のスタッフが日本のスタッフへ話しかけようとしていたが、皆スルーをしており海外スタッフが「すみません」と発しての対応に違和感を感じた。お客様には丁寧な対応をしているが、スタッフ同士や仲間での差別間に疑問を感じてしまった

高齢の母親と一緒に
Pros:

大浴場も思ったより広く、高齢の母親には優しくて良かったです。
朝のバイキングも美味しかったです。

Cons:

駅前になっていたが…駅までは高齢の母親にとっては遠かったです。

お風呂好きにはたまらない。
Pros:

大浴場があり、深夜１時まで利用出来たのが、有り難かったです。とても綺麗で快適でした。シングルルームは狭いけど、充分な設備と細やかな配慮を感じて満足です。朝食も美味しくて、コーヒーが美味しいのが嬉しかったです。満腹でおかわりまでできませんでした〜。
